Review 1：the WiFi was very slow the beds weren't changed when we had gone to reception and asked when they would be changed and they said tomorrow they were not changed the next day..

Review 2：the swimming pool was great for us at a perfect depth.

Review 3：Hotel located between the busy street and noisy promenade. On the promenade disco music of the two sides as we arrived from 16.00 to 22.00. Swimming in the afternoon in the shade and open to promendę, they come to him strangers. At booking it was written that breakfast for an additional charge of 5 euros, but that's not true. We had to use the menus, much more expensive and children do not understand that they can not eat flakes as children next to. Service slow and did not understand our claims. Very poor place.

Review 4：Clean but slightly tatty - door of freezer compartment in fridge had dropped off, bin lid broken, etc - small things but for such an expensive accommodation I expected better. Small apartment. Not good value for money.

Review 6：We stayed in one of the apartments as a family with an older child and for a night we paid more than 120 euro, which is a lot, taking into consideration the noise at night, the incapability of swimming in the pool (temperature of the water), the facilities were not proper neither. NOT recommended to anyone!!!

Misleading information on the Website let us believe we were booking apartment with double bed and sofa in the bedroom and sofa bed in the sitting room Surprised to find small apartment not really fit for 4 people It was 50 meters from funfair complete with roundabouts rides loud music and screaming children during the day and drunks at night until after midnight No conditioning in the bedroom so you either suffocate with the balcony doors closed or can't sleep most of the night because of the noise The beach it self is too busy too dirty water was quite cold even in august and when you wanted to have a quick shower you had to put in money for 30 mind of cold water At the end of the week we were happy to leave and definitely will not be going back

Review 8：To be fair the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and the actual town of Vodice is very beautiful with many bars restaurants and lots of entertainment. There are few nice beaches around just have to look for them but once you find them you can really enjoy your self Was very good for water sports and many trips are available from Vodice

Review 9：Why do you charge for sunbeds by your pool? That is not ok. They should be free, since it is not cheap to stay at Vile Matilde.

Review 11：- The hotel keeps the passports as custody for the final payment. You feel yourself like criminals... That was made despite the payment secured by the reservation via credit card- effort of the hotel to increase the price by absolutely unaccaptable showing of their own "counter price list" which was rather higher then the prices quoted in confirmed reservation. An effort to press the guest to accept different (and higher) price of accomodation then confirmed by booking - requirement to pay so-called administration fee "for check-in". That is absurd anyway - additional payment for parking (4 EUR a day) although the number of parking lots was insufficient and the lots were not guarded anyhow. One entrance was fully free without the gate - additional payment for the sunbeds within the hotel´s garden

Review 13：Walls of the apartman were dirty, also the sofa in the living room (I have to mention that the bathroom was nice and clean). They charge you for parking (30 HRK/day, there is a gate around the hotel, so you do not even have a chance to park somewhere else) and for the sunbed (15HRK/day) at the pool. Though on the net wifi access was highlighted, in 98% of the cases did not work. Do not have lunch in the nearby restaurant at the seaside (the one right next to the hotel was nice!), I was sick all day after eating there.

Review 33：There was not any cleaning arranged during our Holiday week. The original price given By Booking.com did not match with the final amount we had to pay: there was a gap of 90 EUR.

Review 34：The apartment was big enough for our family (parents and two kids). Swimming pool was really nice. Location of the apartment was good - the sea, shops and other services were quite near. People working there were kind and helpful.

Review 35：accommodation and surroundings Villa Mattilde is beautiful, nice and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend it to families with young children, as clean and well-kept pool is just few steps from the apartments and the beach with a pier right in close proximity, you can choose what would you like and prefer, super stay certainly be back again

Review 36：Extremely noisy !!! You cannot sleep till midnight. There is a busy street on one side and extremely noisy beach bar + small amusement park on the other side. Very expensive as for this quality. I advise not to go there.
