Review 1：We did not have enough hot water for everyone to have showers. The oven was dirty and there were no instructions on how to operate the washing machine

Review 3：Brilliant location! The staff were extremely helpful and happy. Clean towels everyday and new tea, coffee & sugar put in the apartment each day. Washer/dryer available with washing powder. Would definitely stay there again.

Review 4：Picture of location is very, very misleading. In the back of shops on the first floor, can't see the front picture is of roof with staircase going up to apartments. Heaters was set but went off during the night and the apartment was very cold as it was raining the whole time. Have to park your car in public parking and pay per day, far from apartment. Not a very good area very busy and difficult to drop and pick luggage up, no parking available in the front. Promised us we can park at the B&B further up the street, but when we asked the lady told us to park in the public area.

Review 7：Lovely apartment, clean, spacious, withing walking distance to center of town, Mohamed was a delight. He knew we were leaving to go to the airport at 3am and we would miss breakfast so he put a loaf of bread, cereal and juice in the apartment for us, very kind man!

Review 8：Parking is not ideal for the apartment. Also steps up to the apartments with luggage is a little cumbersome.

Review 9：Very comfortable and nice apartment with all necessary mod cons available, friendly staff and management who are always available to help as required. A very enjoyable stay. In particular, Apartment was very well maintained each day during our stay.

Review 11：The apartment contained everything required for a self-catered stay. Close to the town centre and public transport links. Definitely recommend.

Review 12：Burn marked kitchen tops, dust, ancient T-towel that we felt we had to wash before use. A made up bed in the open plan living dining room which the owner was kind enough to remove when we complained, but the worst thing was the smell of curry permeating up from below last thing and first thing in the morning.

Review 14：The access to the apartments is via a very steep flight of tiled stairs that are open to the weather so when it rains they can be quite slippery & sometimes the electronic fob for opening the outside door can be hit & miss!!

Review 16：Everything was very tired. Beds in second bedroom were uncomfortable, noisy when you moved and old. Washing machine didn't work properly. Visuals certainly didn't match the reality!

Review 17：Doesn't state in any adverts you have to climb 22 steps before you reach the apartment. Double and single bed in double bedroom. As a result no chest of drawers in room two. Had to leave clothes in suitcase. Owner said to use top of wardrobe - I couldn't reach the shelf. Single bed in lounge!! Owner stated tv was 8 years old we would say 15 as it was the old large box style

Review 21：great location, great clean apartment and the fact no one annoyed us through our stay. plenty of room, we even got an extra bed in the sitting area. and we were all smokers and all we had to do was litterly stand outside the front door and smoke there was no big stairs to walk down in order to go for a cigarette. definatly going back on our next visit to athlone definatly wasnt expecting what we got..

Review 22：The area surrounding the apartment was a bit daunting for a group of women. Several nearby buildings were empty, and there was a vacant lot next door. I didn't feel comfortable walking the area at night.

Review 23：There was a clothes washer, which helped as our stay was half way through our Ireland holiday. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with sufficient linens. The wifi worked.

Review 59：Spotlessly clean with warm and inviting decor. Despite a very cold day outside all rooms were warm and cosy on arrival. Kitchen fully equipped for our self catering break, there was even tea, coffee & biscuits and toiletries supplied. Great location, walking distance to all shops, restaurants etc. Very friendly experience, staff very keen to help. Will definitely be back.

Review 60：Going up the stairs with luggage is horrible especially if you have bad shoulders. No help offered for the luggage movement. Don't recommend if you have suit cases. Not a comfortable place for holiday purpose. Ok for business visit.

Lights were not working in four of the light fittings. shower door hanging off. Multiple marks on furntiure. Looks very worn. No where to put things in the bathroom, had to put toileties on the floor. Enamel bath had rushy patches in.
