Review 1：Cannot think of any aspect of my stay that I disliked.

Review 2：The staff in all areas of the facility were welcoming, always helpful, efficient yet never intrusive. Property clean and well maintained throughout. Extensive menus catering for all tastes.

Review 3：No ironing services when i arrived at night, wedding to go to the next day so had to pay for express services for someone else to do it for me

Review 5：The room which is "Sea view" does not really have a sea view you image ( rather you will have motorway view) The food quality is disappointing. We gave up ordering any drinks after 2 days & took only water. Bottled waters in mini bar is only 2 x 0.5 lt for 2 days. For our baby, we are asked to buy bottled water from super market.

Review 7：It was an amazing vacation. Both the hotel staff and entertainment team are very helpful and cheerful. This honeymoon will be remembered for a long time.

Review 8：Our room was supossed to have a Sea View, but in reality it was a view to a road and a parking lot with the sea far in the back. Poor quality of the buffet. Not enough water in the room. One of the days the room was not cleaned.

Review 11：Kiotari is a bit remote so once the all inclusive activities and food get a bit boring there isn't much to do in the area.

Review 19：We had a sea view room and just under our windows it was a huge loading area. It was VERY noisy and smells like you are on motorway. So we have to change our room to garden view.

Review 21：The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The evening meal was average with few traditional Greek options e.g. Souvlaki and Kleftico. For children between 4 and 10 the pool was not good. Tiny small children's pool and no shallow end in the large pool for children to play in.

Review 23：Free WiFi is horrible. Speed is so low and connection keeps resetting for verification. I think in 2015 it's time to give all easy (no verification) high speed internet. The times for charging more for high speed are over! it's so 10 years ago to ask for more money for faster speeds and it's very unpleasant to not be able to browse fast. That's the only complaint I have and unfortunately it did bother me A LOT!

Review 30：Like the majority of the reviews on here, our only disappointment was the food. Breakfast is no problem but lunch and dinner are both disappointing. Though the restaurant is superbly organised, the food standard is poor for a hotel of this class. They would be better off concentrating on more quality of food rather than the quantity, particularly at dinner, we would have preferred less choice with a better standard.

Review 31：This is a gorgeous hotel with modern, stylish facilities that are maintained beautifully. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The spa facilities are gorgeous and although the treatments are a little bit over priced, the surroundings make it worth the money. The private beach is only a short stroll from the main reception with its own snack bar with glorious clear water to swim in which is great for a go at water sports. The hotel animation team are absolutely fantastic and provide plenty of fun activities for adults and children. There is not much to see in the village but we would very happily recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a holiday staying on resort.

Review 32：I had to pay for WiFi hoping to have wider band width. (Free WIFI available, but useless, since it is so slow) However, the paid WIFI was unavailable in the rooms and at many places, so we had to visit reception area to check e-mails. This is the ONLY flaw.

Review 33：Attitude of the staff was always helpful. Service facilities were impacable. Beach is close. Food was good, and selection of it was wide.

Review 34：The reception staff should perhaps check their attitude a bit. Also in a 5 star hotel one expects the soaps, shampoos etc o be replaced when empty. And by the pool there really should be a towel service.

Pool area was nice and you could find chairs every day. Our room was great with a nice view but most importantly it was quiet and gave us a peaceful stay.

Review 63：The Hotel itself was beyond expectation but it`s located quite far from the Airport. So you can go by bus(drives 2 hours thru villages) or when you arrive late, youre only option is a taxi.. Evening activities - younger people would like to dance - no place for that. Actually after midnight the poolbar is closed and all hotel totaly quiet. Some days while it rained people did`t have much to do and some entertainment was cancled without offering any replacement. There could be more english channel.

Review 64：Realy fiendly stuff, even the cleaners! Hotel very clean, also the beach and pool area. Lots of activities for children(I suppose - because I din`t so any all day long). The main restaurant food was medium quality but variety was wide! We loved VIP restaurant which was excellent - we highly recommend their seafood and local sparkling wine. Professional service! One of the best "all in" vacations!

Review 65：Poor night time enterainment, not for youngsters. Found it a bit dated and suggestive. We left and sat in the pool bar instead.

Review 67：1) The food is average or even below. More or less ok for breakfast but not good for lunch and dinner. We ended up going to local tavernas in the village after 4 days of having dinner at the hotel. The tavernas were a food paradise though :) 2) Wifi is a disaster. Free wifi has a speed that hardly allowed browsing facebook and instagram: every picture was loading for about a minute! Paid wifi is 35EUR per week but it is not very much better. 3) Most of the hotel is located over the road from the sea, so in case you have a sea view room, you'll have a road under your windows meaning car and motorcycle noise all the time.
