Review 1：There were leakages in the bathroom and the zinc of both the rooms booked by us were jammed. Secondly your hotel is using citrus hotel which links it directly to the citrus group of hotels which is the lemon tree group of hotels. I infact booked this place only under the impression that it's a lemon tree group of hotels and would be getting that standard of service and ambience but was completely disappointed with the kind of rooms that we were staying at. Not only that the rooms were average but the location and hotel too was absolutely below average.

Review 3：Reception staff were cold and not helpful . There was no alcohol or icecream available at night we were asked to use the mini bar at 11pm.geyser was never working properly and wen asked to fix the tv remote we were completely ignored. On checkout we were asked to leave asap without any time to pack and on asking to extend the stay after checkout they said we would have to pay 5k plus taxes for 4 hours more since apparently we had already checked out. The owner of the place should keep warm receptive and intuitive staff at the reception since its where all the guest communication happens and not robots.

Review 6：The lady receptionsit was very rude. I dnt knw her name bt I so wished Iknew her name . First of all check in time is very weired. Early Checkin charges 1800 nd late check out 1800. From lonavala station to citrusit takes hardly 2 mints and the rate for that 250+ taxes which is veryannoying .

Review 7：There is no lift although it has only 2 floors. The room can be a little bit more spacious.

Review 8：It is a very cozy place with good facilities. The staff are extremely courteous. The games room, private theatre and swimming pool are very good. The food was very nice at the restaurant. Service is prompt and the buffet had a good spread.

Review 9：Dead cockroach on the bed under the quilt. Cracked sink in the bathroom. We're given a smoking room despite requesting for a non smoking. Rooms not aired well

Review 80：There was a group booking of 20 people when we were staying there and they were drinking and loudly disturbing all the guests till 3 am. None of the hotel staff refrained the from doing so till we called the reception and forced them to intervene.
