Review 3：The building is next to the road and balcony from our apartment was facing the road partially. The white leather sofa seems it has not been cleaned for a while. A few things we missed in apartment e.g. knifes were not sharp, or any sort of thing to cut staff. The bedroom was rather small and once we to put there a baby cot we could not have access to any cabinets. It was mentioned on the booking.com there is no internet but to have internet would be really appreciated (there is a free WIFI in the center of Umag on the main square called "grad_umag").
Review 4：We stayed in the apartment Adria for 11 nights between June/ July. The main reason we decided for this apartment was a close proximity to the sandy beach (our daughter is 18 months). The good news for us was that the location of apartment is a bit closer to the see than described in the description (I guess reality was less than 300m from the sandy beach). The apartment is in the closed area (fence) surrounded by well maintained garden with a small kids playground area. The parking place is in the closed area as well with sufficient number of parking slots. The apartment has a decent sized balcony with chairs and a table. The equipment is decent, there is a small kitchen in the "living room" that includes microwave owen, oven etc. In the bath room there is bath tube and even a washing machine. The living area is quite spacious. I liked even such a small detail that there were maps and tourist guides in the apparent available upon our arrival.
