Review 1：Not even a single staff was there in the resort at the time of checkout at 4 AM. Had a frightening time before I realized that the exit gate was latched and not locked. Limited and costly food options.

Review 2：Sea view rooms were well located with a sand garden in front. The pool was small but well maintained.

Review 3：The rooms in the rear house are not so nice, the windows face the 2 m away walls of the front house. It´s relatively loud when someone walks by. Not easy to find. Not much around to do...

Review 12：Excellent location - between Kerala's backwaters and the sea, fantastic service, great food, beautiful view from the room with balcony. You can go to the beach by boat, the beach is the most beautiful one and private one I have ever seen - and I have seen many, you only share it with some fishermen in the morning. The waves are high and strong so with kids it's better to go to Kovalam beach that is very close. I love this place and hate to leave it. The stuff made our stay even better, we could have everything we wanted, wherever and whenever we wanted. It's a place where you can calm down, enjoy being away from crowdy cities, have fantastic food (fried fish and prawns are highly recommended) and beautiful views, see sunsets and listen to the sea.

We went their for a business trip but it almost felt like our second honeymoon. It offers a stunning seaview, a swimming pool facing the sea and warm staff hospitality. The hotel has elegant artifacts strewn around the campus which looks classy.Highly recommended...

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful; making sure that every moment of our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The best customer service we experienced in India!

Review 16：Location, location, location: astounding view from your doorstep, unrivaled peace and quiet away from Kovalam crowd (but not too far either to get to and back) and a First Class Service run by 5 star manager Venkat that makes you feel you are his Number One priority, however they might be other guests around (who all feel the same!). All facilities arranged for the best (boat, car, food…). Definitely THE place to stay in the area around Kovalam - this said, after years of traveling all over India and Kerala…
