Review 1：I booked a room and even thou it was written that my card will not be charged, because I wanted to pay cash, it did in 5min after the booking. The receptionist (a young lady) was unpleasant and didn´t even try to satisfy our expectations. I event told her that it´s a bussines trip (it was in our booking) and that I need that kind of invoice, but it seems she was new there. The other two receptionists were kind and helpful.I will probably try a different hotel next time, but still wish you a lot of customers. Thank you

Review 4：Nothing was too much trouble for the staff; I arrived tired after a very long journey and had a number of questions which were each answered succinctly, accurately and with a smile. After completing my business at the adjacent hospital I was allowed the use of a room to change clothes in (I had booked out hours earlier)

Review 5：Breakfast could be a bit more richer. It is Price of accommodation is a bit high (at least when we were staying at the hotel), but sometimes the price is not important ...

Review 6：The room was very clean and tidy, as well as the entire hotel. Since we were staying at a very hot weather, air conditioning worked great, both in the hotel and in the room and the whole hotel smells nice. The room was very nicely decorated.

Review 7：Strange policy for garage - if you enter public garage before check in, you have to get out, pay 2Kn for 15 min stay, and enter again with card given by receptionist. Again on the way out, you have to get out, go around the hotel on foot and return the parking card to receptionist. Wi-Fi requires authentication each time you return to the hotel.

Review 9：Tea-tray in room would have been good. We arrived late evening from airport and there were no open options nearby or in hotel for food. (Apparently, if we had told them in advance they may have been able to arrange something for us.)

Review 11：Too many cards to use for the elevator everytime we go up and down and especially one extra card for the parking which after our check out we have to give it back to the reception which was very far from the exit of parking.

Review 13：- The rooms were very warm, dont know why they heated it so much - it was loud on our floor - calling the hotel-elevator from the parkhouse floor didnt work with our roomkeycard, we always had to take the other elevator and switch on an other floor - the internet was just unusably slow, awful!

Can choose among two parkings:non-free (6Kn/h) but just below the hotel or free in very nearlocation (50m). All in all, if you have the time to cover the distanceto the center, highly recommended.

Review 63：It was 36 degrees and the air conditioning had broken down they did not tell me and took my money. When I realised and asked them they admitted it but it was not fixed in three days. They would not give me any money back or help in any way. The hotel is part of a large hospital. Never seen anywhere like it.

However I noticed tourists from South Korea and since the city centre is easily accessible I suggest that it isideal for tourists and the price is exceptionally good for the service received.
