Review 1：Bathroom quality is extremely poor. The shower has no curtain. The drain is blocked. The shower head cannot be mounted to the rails and has to be held. There is no way to avoid soaking the whole bathroom. The A/C is rather noisy. The view from the window was the back of another part of the building. Although I asked for a quiet room the hotel radio on the corridors was so loud that it could be heard inside the room.

Review 3：- Only 2 baby seats in the restaurant - It is written there is WiFi in the hotel, but there isn't - Soap was not refilled for 3 days.

Review 9：There was no door on the shower cabin so the whole floor in the shower was coverd by 1 cm of water, there was not proper coffee for breakfast just a coffee machine. But in sum the hotel is nice, worth to go there!

Review 10：Good location, helpful and kind staff, spacious room. The rooms and the hotel looks brand new! All in all a good hotel, we enjoyed it!

Review 11：Location is excellent. Hotel staff is very friendly. They did all their best to assist us in any aspects. When there was a problem with hot water in the room they changed our standard room to apartment with balcony for free. Breakfast was fine. Perfect value for reasonable price. Many thanks to receptionists Barbara and Blanka and Edit who served breakfasts.

Review 12：The shower had no door or curtain so there was no way to avoid soaking the floor of the bathroom. But the staff gave us extra towels to help with this. The restaurant hours could be a bit longer both in the evening and morning.

Review 13：The staff were so helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to provide us with local information and anything else that we needed. The privately bookable Jacuzzi and sauna is a nice touch, and the rooms and whole hotel were clean and nicely designed.
