Review 1：TOO NOISY - ROOM UNDER THE DINNING ROOM, CHILDREN SHOUTING ALL THE TIME RIGHT OUTSIDE THE ROOM WHICH WAS AT THE GROUND FLOOR.
Review 2：NICE FOOD, NICE VIEW, VERY FRIENDLY AND SOCIALIZING OWNERS. VERY IMPRESSIVE THAT SMOKING WAS PROHIBITED AND LAW IMPLEMENTED IN THE COMMON ROOM.
Review 3：Difficult to find. The sign for the hotel was only in Greek letters. Receptionist, or any of the staff could not speak any English, French or German.

Review 5：Only suggestion is to replace the shower door with one that slides. Where the shower head is, we end up wetting the entire bathroom.
Review 6：It is off the beaten trail, but what a great retreat. We went there to hike Mount Olympus, and used that as our base. The owners/inn keepers were friendly and we felt very comfortable. The location looked down into Litochoro town and the Aegean sea. The view of the sunset is unbeatable and we were lucky enough to enjoy the full moon for the 2 night that we were there. Breakfast was a great combination of continental and american breakfast. We had dinner there both night and the food was great, although the menu was somewhat limited. Also try their Ktima Faki wine (home bottled).
Review 7：Not easy to find but easy if you use the 'locate this property' facility on the booking.com app. The family are lovely but have limited English however we could make ourselves understood and it added to the fun of the stay
Review 8：Beautiful location with stunning views. Modern decor in the new block. Friendly family and good home Greek cooking using ingredients grown on the terrace below the swimming pool.
Review 9：The food at Ktima Faki (and the wine) is superb with much of it taken from the property's own gardens and livestock. High quality and delicious. The Moschofilero from Ktima Faki is also excellent and very light. The grounds are impeccable, and on the lower slopes of mt Olympos!

Review 12：Chose apartment to have option to self cater, but although there was a hob and fridge there was absolutely nothing to use. However pictures of pots, plates etc did get a few basics friendlily provided.
Review 13：The location right above Litochorio with amazing views. Lovely studio apartment with balcony. Walk from the gate leads up to Golna area where there is a small shelter and carries on above Enipea canyon with views of Olympus (about 2 km up). Path then drops into canyon, onto E4 and back round, trending right at the town, to the hotel . This was a long way. We were shattered! Supposed to be 8 km total but felt more!

Review 15：Difficult to find. Sat Nav location wrong. All signs are in the Greek alphabet - hard to recognise for foreigners.
Review 16：Location is beautiful overlooking the city. Swimming pool would be good on a nice day. Very calm. Staff friendly and helpful (almost no English spoken - but we managed!). Dinner served even though we were the only guests staying.

Review 18：Amazing location on the mountain and in the woods, fantastic view, great swimming pool, very original "home-looking" accomodation and exceptionaly friendly personel. Rich and most delicious breakfast as wel as other meals prepared with self produced vegitables. We'll come back!
Review 19：Nothing really negative. Some slight remarks: There was no Wi-Fi in our room, which was not in the main building, although at the restaurant (in main building) there was free Wi-Fi (you can sit there until late at night, so not really a problem). A slight note is that in general breakfast is served rather late (from 8.30 on) if you wish to have an early start for a walk. It needs to be mentioned, though, that -although we entered too early- efforts were made to serve us before the actually onset of breakfast - which we appreciated. Best is to notify on beforehand if you wish to have an early start.
Review 20：Wonderful place, nicely situated above Litochoro. Relatively new. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious enough. Clean & very well-maintained. Ideal as a basis to go and discover Mt Olympos (which we did). We stayed 2 nights in total, with a stay in a mountain hut on Mt Olympos in between. We could leave our material in the room during the night we stayed on the mountain. Breakfast is really good. Nice pool, very welcome after a long climb & descent. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
Review 21：Staff - Super Friendly Views across open countryside & sea Relaxed Family Atmosphere Accommodation Was Great Food is Organic & Locally Grown We were made SO WELCOME, it was lovely The proprietors are so accommodating. Nothing too much trouble. Ideal for walking the local hills/mountains. One of the main trails goes right past the hotel gate entrance. Will definitely go back

Review 23：Excellent location-very good location, in the mountains, quiet, no noise, and at 10 min from the sea. Pleasant temperature at the evening, we were in July and did not run the air conditioner. It can be seen that the owner with love and lots of attention outfitted accommodation facilities, it's really a boutique hotel. We had an executive suite where you can see that it pays attention to every detail. Direct exit from the suite in the courtyard. Ideal for families with small kids, playground and grass like carpet, you want to walk barefoot on it.

Review 25：We were at the hotel before and after climbing the Olympus. We could not have chosen better. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.The location is excellent and the view astonishing. The pool is just what the kids need. The food was delicious, especially the stuffed zucchini and zucchini flowers, and the breakfast marmalade, all freshly prepared from the products of the garden.
Review 26：Ktima Faki is a real gem of a place. The location is a fantastic hillside position with wondrous panoramic views & one of the mountain hiking paths going right past the grounds entrance; brilliant for walkers like us. It's just outside the village of Litochoro slightly up the mountain so the air is fresh. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and set within lovely grounds and many areas to sit in the shade or sun and enjoy your time. There is a newly built swimming pool, sun terrace and playground area for children. The whole site is relatively new, being built and developed in the last seven years. The proprietors (Costas Faki & his wife) & the staff were fabulously helpful & nothing was too much trouble for them. The food is organically grown in the grounds and super fresh, picked on the day. The menu was varied & the breakfast omelets lovely. The food & drink costs are reasonably priced. We were able to leave our belongings safely at the hotel on the two days & night we walked & stayed on Mount Olympus. This is a lovely, friendly, quiet, relaxed quality location. I'd highly recommend it. ---------------------------------------------- Please note: The Google Maps location for Ktima Faki is wrong (22/7/2014) and shows the hotel being much further out of Litochoro than it is in reality. Review 33：The hot water took 10 minutes to arrive, but then we were the only guests so we imagined it had to travel a long way to get to us plus the language barrier meant we had the tap in the wrong direction! Still easily corrected and after than no problems at all.
Review 34：A lovely boutique hotel in most wonderful surroundings with very friendly staff even though not a word of English was spoken! We loved the sheep lawn mower who kept us amused.
Review 35：It was very peaceful. Cooler than Athens which was a relief. There was a good pool and the accommodation was ideal for a family (2 adjoining rooms with front and rear entrances). Lovely and very obliging staff. None of the staff spoke any English but that was not a problem. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The food was good and plentiful. The wine was excellent.
Review 36：Don't know English (no problem when people really want to communicate, they find their way..). Location direction unclear - we asked in Lotochoro (at the main square) and they told us, so it was not a big problem also.
