Review 15：The breakfast was very poor, without fresh veggies(tomato,cucumber etc.). The hotel desperately needs renovation and the rooms doesn't really look like in the pictures. It is also quite noisy, especially when the maids start cleaning the rooms and shout to each other in the corridor.

Review 16：The base to be a good hotel is there, as there are facilities. Unfortunately neglected, and outdated. Parking is good as long as there's free spot, as local are using for free parking.

Review 19：Well, economy rooms are truly economy. We were staying just one night so it wasn't important, but for a longer stay it might be a bit uncomfortable. As far as I understood, other rooms are fully renovated.

Review 20：Location is very good. If you like to walk, Trg Bana Jelacica is 20 minutes far, if not, there's a tram just around the corner. There is large private parking behind the hotel building. Breakfast was fine.

We've booked a room and the staff said that it was not booked (We had to slow him down and repeat 4 times till he found our room).

And when she speaks to the clients seems she is giving orders! The rooms and the hotel in general are a cocktail between old and new! They refurbished something but the old style is still very present!

Review 41：The room is so small. Bed is so old and you cant sleep good. The room is not clean enough and even they do not change or give you new soap and shampoo if you stay 2 days or more. The people of reception are too slow and impolite. For breakfast nothing special some cheap salami and sausage :(

Review 58：Most staff members seemed to have forgotten how to smile - in general, this aspect reminded me a little bit too much of the bad old days in Eastern Europe before the Wall fell (an extremely friendly and efficient female receptionist being the exception). Furthermore, the price - I got more for my money later, in Ljubljana, Bled, Carinthia and Bavaria.

Review 62：There should have been a mini bar in the room, which there wasn't. We were only offered anther room after we unpacked all our things and were settled in. Had we been told about there not beeing a minibar, we would have taken another room. The bath is really dangerous to get into or out of. And to have a shower curtain is also unpleasant.

Review 66：The room wasn't the same as i saw at the pictures ,when I'm booking. Very bad smell from the toilets... At the loby when i want the room that i reserve: the woman manager said me all of same but not infact their furnitures are differents she insisted not to give the room that i booked which is a still free!! Review 67：The reception staff we're rude. The dark haired older lady and the elder man who seem to be there in the evenings had clearly had a disagreement just before we arrived and made us feel like we had done something wrong when we asked to check in! On 3 separate occasions we had people trying to get into our room with a key, luckily our key was in the door so they couldn't. On 2 of these occasions it was before 8am, cleaning should not be coming around at this time anyway! All a bit dated but was fine for what we needed as backpackers.

Review 68：Simple room, all we needed. Air conditioning was good and when connected to the right wi-fi, the connection was strong. Breakfast was included, although not the best I've come across. Had dinner there one night, cheap and good food, the waitresses were lovely! I would highly recommend the pizzeria across the road though! Souvenir shop inside the reception was ideal and there is a taxi rank right outside. Only a 20 minute walk into the main centre and right by a tram stop to go to the beautiful lake Jarun!

Review 71：It's a big, well-equipment hotel. You can check in at any time. The most favorate part is free parking. We left our car at hotel, go sightseeing and come back to bring our car. It was good. Breakfast is included also.
