Review 1：5* hotel with no ironing set? Quite hard to believe, but it is true. When I asked for help on the matter of this. I was given a "kind and favoring helpful hand" of ironing my shirts...which I was given a bill at the end (initially I was never informed that I will have to pay for this "favor"). This is a joke.

Review 2：It was overall very nice. Breakfasts- awesome. Indoor parking. Room is spacious.Balcony. Good A/C. Decent bed (although single big bed is a cluster of two, so the groove in mid section is irritating).

Review 3：Maybe a tv was a bit small and i was missing a small speaker or radio from the room, but it wasnt a big deal :)

Review 5：3* hotel in every way. Second visit, both were extremely disappointed. Asked the breakfast to the room (which was included in the price) at 1 AM, and answered that we had to do this before 11 PM. However, at 9:50 AM we could order breakfast from the room service for 30 EUR. (so we had to pay for the included breakfast)

Review 10：The shower head is too high. There should also be a hand shower for greater comfort and cleanliness. The face mirror was unstable in room 352. The music in the breakfast room is too loud and usually not what one needs early in the morning. Soft music would do the job perfectly. You should promote Hungarian music instead of international 'musack'. The bar is too sombre with a horrible painting showing a masculine-looking female (or what passes off as a female). There should not be a television on. Bars are for drinking and talking, not watching rubbish on TV. People who insist on these low-grade programmes should be encouraged to watch in their own rooms. Your waiters are ok but they should wait to order drinks 'after' one has chosen the meal and having to sign the drinks bill upon arrival in the restaurant is unprofessional and highly annoying. Instead of sporting funereal looks, some of your staff should be taught to smile more which gives a better impression. Alan Saunders

Review 11：The staff, especially at the reception desk, are very friendly and welcoming and they speak good English. It was nice to see female staff as this is not always the case in Hungary. I speak from experience. Breakfast is very good although occasionally there is not enough room for all those coming down to breakfast.

Review 12：Majority of staff do but understand English . The carpet is very dirty and the cleaning staff don't wash the bathroom . They just change the towels , the rooms are not cleaned properly . I think they should do something about d cleaning staff.

Review 14：some of the receptionist are not helpful, they do not know f.i. where there is the nearest ATM. If You use the bike rental, be prepare for paying extra fee and need to use the bicycle without proper breaks. there is no Hungarian food specialties in the menu, You know from the guide books.

Review 27：Average good, nice rooms, most staff were nice.

Review 28：1. The desk was missing from my room and was not replaced when I asked at Reception. 2. The power socket in the safe was not working, so laptop could not charge when I removed my key-card from the master switch, as I went to dinner. 3. The shower-head popped off and landed on the floor, when I switched on the water.

Review 30：Breafast was awful. The sort you would get at a 3 star hotel. Toiletries were very few unlike other 5 star hotels. Gym had no water or towels. Everything in Hungarian and so very difficult for English speakers. Location - very very poor. Cannot walk anywhere. This hotel is nowhere near the centre of town. Hotel staff not very friendly. I am used to better 5 star hotels than this.

Review 36：-definitely not a 5 star hotel -check out at 10 o clock in the morning!!! - the person who was cooking the eggs at breakfast refused my order because "he had too many orders" and the waiting time for an omlette was 30 minutes!!! -the boy from the spa put the sign "out of order" on the finn sauna while 2 girls he was flirting with, set inside the sauna and so he restricted our access - and the examples might go on...

Review 38：...the room service do not respond promptly and you have to call and calls, Hotel of that standard should have multi lingua receptionist!!! Housekeeper look at who you are to have your room thoroughly cleaned and l think that is unfortunate in hotel of this class.

Review 39：I like the Breakfast, the lists are rich but they can do better with fruits, mushroom and few other things. Protein should includes Duck, Chicken, Beef and Halms. Not all travellers eats and like pock.

Review 43：I visited the music Festival named Campus. The hotel was right there, and in the nicest area of Debrecen. Great facilities, breakfast, and nice, clean, modern rooms. Wish I could have stayed more than just one night!

Review 44：The hotel is quite a way out from the city centre, parking is only available for a charge, not all staff speaks English and need more training to really deliver the self-claimed 5* service!

Review 115：Lacked the website-promised toiletries, facial tissue in the bathroom. You must bring your own towel from your room to use in the fitness or wellness centers. All the public areas have fit-pop music blaring all the time, especially disturbing in the wellness center if one wants to relax! The hotel promises Wi-Fi service in the rooms, but my connection was very fragile in our room. Only on Sunday evening, after many holiday guests had left, could I get a reliable Internet connection. Monday morning during breakfast it stopped altogether. Ah well, we were about to leave.

Review 116：Our room was very quiet even though it was full of families with exuberant, cranky, and happy children on a long holiday weekend between May 1 and Mothers' Day Sunday. The room was clean The bathroom is very well designed with good light, lighted magnifying mirror, and a nice shower. The hotel offers ample choices,including eggs to order, at its breakfast buffet. The fitness center has well-maintained equipment and is open 24 hours a day, usually. The wellness center has a large pool for adults with no shallow end, jacuzzi, hot tub, kids' pool and sauna. Staff were courteous and helpful, and spoke and understood English. Overall, good but not a 5-star hotel.

Review 117：It is the worst 5* hotel I have ever been. When we arrived in front of the doors nobody helped with the luggage or even offered. We had two bookings within a week and when we first arrived in the evening the room wasn't ready - we had to wait because some one made a mistake. I had troubles with communication in English. When I have forgotten a phone charger in the room I have sent an email to the hotel - no response. The rooms were dirty. Dirt and dust everywhere. The furniture were sticky, tons of dust on the closet, glass lamps dirty, even crystal lamp in the bathroom were dirty. The carpet had stains. If You are allergic avoid this hotel - my wife sneezed all the time. Equipment in the bathroom very poor. No cosmetics, only liquid soap dispenser on the wall - this is 2-3* level but not a 5* hotel. The rooms were hot, air condition doesn't work - there was only fan. We had to open the window - noise from the street. In the restaurant we had troubles with communication in English. When I wanted pay by a credit card I had to go to the reception desk because in the restaurant they didn't have a portable terminal! Nothing special at the breakfast - quite poor as 5* standards. Glasses and plates not perfectly clean. This hotel is overpriced, I can't recommended.

Review 119：It's not because some negative element should be mentioned, but for me the pillow is one of the most important thing in a hotel. The pillow provided was not comfortable and I think, in a 5-star hotel there should be at least 2 kinds of options for pillows (soft and hard).
