Review 2：The dedication and care that was put in by the staff was amazing. Very beautiful building amazing plaster of Paris, very interesting. The front desk lady who has been working there for over 19 years always kept a lookout for me. She knew I was working long and unusual hours but went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and fed. I travel a lot and use a lot of hotels. Here I felt like I was staying at home and couldn't help but give all of the staff a big hug! Keep up the good work. I will be back soon:)

Review 3：Excellent service. Beautiful hotel. Great location. I made mistake in my booking and i arrived at 2:00 am. I had booked the room for the day after by accident but the hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. They put me in a junior suite although I had booked a standard room. They did not charge me extra on check out. Lovely stay.

Review 10：There has been now 7 years that we travelling to same direction each year for our summer holidays. Our accomodation at Pyrgos Hotel was a first and excellent experience for our holidays. Unfortunately we stayed very shortly but will stay longer definetly next time. Hot spots of the Pyrgos: very kind and helpful staff excellent breakfast genius interior decor

Review 11：Everything was great. I just wish they could have a pool. And they told me they are planning to build one. When we arrived there nowhere was accepting credit card. But they were nice to accept our credit card. Staff were very helpful. They recommended us nicest beaches around.

Review 15：Even though we booked a superior room, the hotel provided us a Junior Suite. Rooms were well designed, clean and fresh. Katerina and the hotel staff were warm and kind. Private parking is also available. Highly recommended hotel.

Review 16：Beautiful building and beautiful room. our double room was a bit smaller than other doubles in the hotel but we wanted a quiet room away from the road and this room fitted our request. The staff did their upmost to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Comfy bed, lovely clean bathroom, safe, small balcony with a partial sea view, delicious breakfast- were all the things we really appreciated. Although their wasn't a kettle- the staff were always happy to make us a pot of tea (for a small charge). The staff were amazing and helped us plan our trip around the island.

Catarina (?) was wonderful, she did everything she could for us with a huge smile and even spent an hour pulling the sea urchin spines from my eldest son's foot! She is an angel! Thanks so much for a terrific first night in beautiful Lesbos.

Review 35：The bathroom is a bit small but not a big problem. We commend to use taxi and never try to walk in the sun to reach the otel. The taxis are a bit old but the drivers are always friendly.

Review 37：Overall the hotel is one of the best in Mytilini.Location is very good, you can reach to the center in 15 minutes by walk. Walking to the hotel from center of Mytilini was very healty after having very good Greek foods in dinner.Breakfast was excellent , they refreashed everything until 10.30. All staff is friedly and helpful but one of them is perfect , Katherina !! She was our guide during five days in Mytilini.She recommended routes and places for every single day and we enjoyed all of them.

Review 38：Hotel's staff are very friendly, they are smiling all the time. Our room was not so big but it was ok. Ambience was very nice. I felt like I was staying in a old-rich grandma's home:)

Review 39：Outside furniture and facilities could be better. It is on a main road with road noise which wasn't a problem for us but the furniture was limited and well worn. Having said that, outside seating didn't seem to be used by any other guests!

Review 86：It is little bit far to the center if you have lots of things to carry.. Otherwise it takes 15 min. to go. Room no:205 Our bathroom is too small and there was just a curtain not cabin in the shower. So everywhere does get wet!

Staff were prone to saying 'You're welcome' toooften, a tired and much overused phrase in the same vein as 'Have anice day'. Parking was small and cramped. Review 101：The situation of the hotel is not good for those who don't have a car or who don't want to move always with a taxi. We choosed this hotel because our ferry arrived in the islad very early in the morning and this hotel was suposed to be the nearest place to the port according to the map of the web, but the map is completly wrong and the ferry station is not situated where it shows in the booking map, but far from there. It means that our decition was wrong, due to the wrong map of the web. I ask "booking" to correct this map to avoid other people to make a wrong decition as it was made in our case.
