Review 2：Very clean and spacious room with large balcony and decent kitchenette. Lovely pool area which really does look like the pictures. Staff very polite and attentive. Plenty to eat at breakfast. Will definitely go back next year.
Review 3：The surrounding area was dreadful. Own transport is absolutely essential as it is a couple of miles outside Preveza with no buses, no shop to get supplies or near bars or restaurants.Packs of dogs roamed around

Review 11：The owners are incredibly warm and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and it was so nice having a kitchen. Our room overlooked their lovely pool and it was only 5 minutes outside of Preveza, where we were visiting.

Review 13：We were made very welcome by the very friendly proprietor, even though we arrived very late in the day. There is a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere to the hotel. Apartments are all situated looking in onto the sizeable central swimming-pool, with easy access to it and to the bar there. Kitchen facilities were satisfactory for our requirements (breakfast); Prebeza with its restaurants etc is a short drive away, and the hotel is well situated for local beaches in the bay of Matikas as well as exploring further afield.

Review 25：Don't be put off by the neighbourhood appearance. The beach is close by, but is not pristine. Something needs to be done about the neighbours dog. It barks a lot during the night. (Close your windows!) The restaurant wasn't available for evening meals.
Review 26：This place is a delight. The staff offer wonderful service and the place is spotless. There is a lovely pool, poolside bar, and though we didn't use it a kid's playroom. There is no need to leave the resort except for evening meals. Safe car parking is available. Loved our hosts. Nearby Preveza is a typical Greek town, full of atmosphere.
