Review 1：Beer Garden music was awful and too loud; Bar in the Lobby was poor, no ambiance and the cocktails for the same price were half the size as in the Pool Bar. Overall, there is no nice place to go and have a pre- or after dinner drink. Too many trainees everywhere. The Wellness Team was a bit stingy when we asked them for extra towels, and we had a Superior cathegory room. Wellness team did not pay much attention on guests in the spa disturbing others (like a family with three kids being all over the place, including the saunas with little toddlers, or changing diapers on the pool side, etc.)

Review 9：We were there unfortunately on a very busy weekend, and the facilities were a little crowded and the staff overstretched. Also a very hot weekend, and the a/c in the bedrooms was not adequate - luckily it cooled down at night, and you could open the windows

Review 10：Beautiful location on a hilltop with views up the Danube and of the nearby castle. I don't usually like buffet dinners but this one was excellent. Lunch too, overlooking the pool, with the view up the river, was superb.

Apart from some really good soups both breakfast and dinner were disappointing (scrambled eggs floating in yellow liquid, tasteless and overcooked side dishes, dry bacon etc). We asked for some olive oil and they had sansa oil - lack of quality ingredients overall.

Review 16：the room is very small. there is a smell of dust. the matress is not comfortable. The shower sewage was dirty so water went down very slow. the dining room was full and we had to wait for place to sit.

Review 38：Beautiful surroundings, many of facilities, big varieties of services and the excellent staff make hotel Silvanus a great place to stay. Everybody can have lovely time there.

Review 39：The hotel is very old, the cleaning service came only upon my third request, in my superior room the radiator and the telephone as well as the soap dispenser didn't function and plus there was no information on their site about the REAL rules of SPA so having come with a kid to relax we found out that in the evening and morning time families with kids are not allowed to enjoy the spa cuz it's a quiet time...And the we couldn't go also to the playground because at that moment the new grass was planted nearby so not to spoil the vegetative part of a park no one was let in. We were disappointed with the hotel.
