Review 1：Old room , toilet door lock broken , no shower holder , heating not working properly , cold water , damaged towels, poor quality mattress and the absorber from mattress killing the backs while sleeping , toilet flushing damaged, iron is dirty,

Review 8：Everything was ok , the apartment was very nice and clean, modern and very close to city, with garage for the car and good value for the money.

Review 9：The breakfast wasn't very good. Poor selection and the breakfast staff barely understood very basic english. No holder for the shower head. No shower curtain. No electric kettle in the kitchen. Very few plates, glasses etc in the kitchen. Located next to a busy road with traffic noise 24/7. No problem with closed windows. But the balcony is pretty much useless because of the constant noise. This was not a big problem for me as I visited Zagreb for business, but I would probably not stay at this place on a holiday trip.

Review 10：Nice rooms (my apartment had a separate bedroom). Free parking in a garage below the building. The reception staff was helpful. A really good super market close to the hotel. A short walk (10 minutes) to the tram.

Review 14：Though I booked non-smoker I was in a room which was so heavily stinking of smoke I couldn't stand it. I then changed rooms, the other room was smelling for smoke too, but it was only slightly better. All my cloth were smelling too after my stay. The fittings of the appartment are very rudimentary (e.g. no shower curtain; no possibility to produce coffee (except hot water)). Take care it is possible to lock yourself out on the balcony if you close the door (don't ask -.-). All in all though quiet cheap I couldn't recommend this location.

Review 15：Very good beds, kitchen hardware (fridge, ceran oven) is okay. Very good restaurant just beside.

Review 16：One day there was no power (electricity) for about 5 hours. However we did not know about this. The information was posted in the elevator, but it was in Croatian. We would have appreciated if we were given the information beforehand since we could not read Croatian. Second, as part of our hotel booking package we had Breakfast included. The breakfast was good but some of the restaurant (Urban Galleria) staff were very bad. They were serving the food as if we were eating at that place for free!! Not cool.

Review 45：At first we arrived and we found our "appartment" with alittle sofa-bed (hard as wood) for the night, even if I reserved adouble room ( with normal double bed!). In my reservation it was notwritten that some of the appartments have sofa bed and some have normalbed..... On this sofa it would have been impossible to sleep for 2persons, my husband is almost 2 mt high, so one of us would sleep on thefloor. So what could we do at 21.00 ? All the city was full for animportant event, no hotels in 20 km around... In this occasion I gotvery angry but the employer in reception was a very kind person, he didall his possible to change apartment and find us a double normal bed andnot a little sofa. Special thanks to Elvis...thank you so so much forwhat you did for us !

Review 46：This a very big structure, so many appartments, city center, near to thefair ( I was in Zagabria 3 days for businness) Every appartment has allthe necessary to stay completely independently, a small useful kitchenand a fridge, dishes, forks, knifes, and everything you need to stayindependent, very close to the apartments there is a big supermarket toget food, and if you don't want coocking, there are two or threerestaurants and a pizzeria where we ate in two persons, very cheap andgood pizza. Found all hotel very clean and perfect for what I needed,even if at my arrival we had problems for the bed (I found a little sofabed...) But at the end all was resolved, as I repeat, thanks elvis, aspecial kind person in the reception of nova Galerjia.

Review 48：This was the worst apartment/hotel we ever stayed at. It was dirty, hot and noisy. At night we couldn't sleep because it was to hot (even with the AC on). If we opened the windows, the noise from the main road was too loud. Horrible. Kitchen was very poorly equipped. And everything was very dirty. In particular, the floors. I took my shoes of (as I normally do at home) and only went to the bathroom and my feet were black. Very repulsive. The breakfast was poor (only butter and jam or ham and eggs) and we even weren't offered a juice or water. The staff wasn't helpfull at all. We forgot a pair of jeans at the apartment for which I asked if they could sent via post (of course, on my expenses) but I never heard back from them. Very unpleasant stay. For this price you can get way better accommodation.

Review 50：Very noisy, air condition only in the dinning room. Bedrooms are like an oven. No curtain in the bathroom - all flooding when you have a shower. No equipment in the kitchen, even no soap in the bathrooms. Internet was available for free but the signal was so poor that we could not load the google page. An extremely unpleasant stay. We don't recommend this apartment.

Review 54：The hotel is difficult to access. Parking is not clearly marked forhotel. This is an apartment. Staff are not readily at the counter, andyou have to wait around to speak to someone. Access from the carparkthen coming through to an apartment complex and the rooms are dirty,kitchen is not well equipped, no microwave. Even if you wanted to cook,there is not enough utensils or pots etc It is not a hotel at all. Roomcame with breakfast, we were not notified, once walking down forbreakfast, the restaurant told us it was not available. Not giving areason. Had to wait in the reception for someone, once coming to thereception they merely said the electricity was out so there would be nobreakfast served. Very bad!!!!! Will never stay here again!!

Review 55：There were quite a lot of things that I didn't like. The flatwasn't that clean. The floor was very dusty and overall theappartment didn't seem freashly cleaned. The second thing is warmwater. We were walking around the city the whole day, we were lookingforward to a nice warm shower. We didn't get that! The water wascold and we told that to the recepcionist. She somehow tried to fix itbut there was sth wrong with the heater. We had hot water for a while sowe could take a quick shower, but then it didn't work again. Alsothe room heating stoped working around 1am! Keep in mind we stayed therein December! The next morning when we were leaving I told thereceptionist about all the problems and asked for some discount, shejust laughed and said she can't do anything! All in all I woulddefinately not recomend you to stay here!
