Review 1：Not enough shade- poor sunbeds- lunch time food at snack bar very poor (canteen better but it's a hassle to go to canteen 3 times a day with children) - upstairs pool with slide area has extremely loud music all day (not great for infants) and is filled with people whose sole purpose seems to be to get wasted, so when queuing for an ice cream or snack you may end up queuing with them- kids should be separated from drunken people in my view and there should be a better system to get people alcohol then letting them queue for small paper cups of beer (in another all exclusive we went to after there were a number of self service machines where people can help themselves to wine beer and soft drinks- much better and no queuing) - hotel on a big slope, if you have small kids this can be a pain logistically

Review 7：Greek taverna's quality poor. Phones and even paid wifi did not work inside of the room. Nowadays the free wifi just happens to be the new standard, so wake up guys!

Review 9：That we needed to buy wifi cards which were expensive but still didn't always work. Wifi should be free to everyone. The pillows in the rooms were not comfortable. I had to chase for clean towels and make several calls to housekeeping. The food was ok, it was a bit chaotic in the main restaurant and I was told I would only be allowed to book the other restaurants (choice of 2). One time each during our 2 week stay. I didn't even manage to get a table at their Greek restaurant it was always full. The rest of the facilities pools eta were good.

Review 10：The swimming pools, entertainment program especially for kids is very good. The children were entertained throughout our stay.

Review 11：The hotel is a little out of the way so with small children you would find it hard to see any more of Rhodes ( there was a little train for a small journey though). Some of the facilities occasionally didn't work which was disappointing for the children (ice cream machines).

Review 12：Facilities in general were excellent with choice for all ages. Majority of the staff were fantastic. Food was very good, much better than we expected from an all inclusive and there was a great variety.

Review 13：The service is very poor for 5 star hotel, - at best 3 star service. Beach is stony, the food is very mediocre, repetitive, not tasty. Rooms are cleaned very badly. Key cards are frequently out of service and you need to go to the reception to fix them. Air-conditioner is working poorly. The main restaurant is hot, long lines for everything.

Review 14：The only thing I liked in this resort is the friendly staff (and perhaps the facility itself, i.e. the pools). However, the management must be improved.

Review 15：Value for money does not match the declared 5 stars. Paid internet (40 EUR a week) was in fact almost not suitable for a remote work activities except reception area, internet cards selling machine was often "out of order". The main restaurant was too crowded all the time with a waiting line in the evening while the alternative "specialty restaurant" (we tried Greek, which was in fact the beach bar playing a role of a restaurant) was not very good, also there were too many wasps at the terraces. Beach towels can be changed only 3 times a week, provided only for a deposit of EUR 30. No first aid kit at the reception.

Review 17：The family rooms, slides and the activity theater are located far away up the hill. This caused a lot of walking distance and many times a day. WiFi is payed no free WiFi anywhere and the service is costly and the signal is week especially in the rooms. Beds are not comfortable AC is noisy Nothing is there in the minibar no heating kattle is provided to make coffee or tea the beach towels arrangement /policy is not good and the first time I faced in many five stars hotels I been in.

Review 18：The staff is very good. They always serve you with a big smile and they are frindly and welcoming. In general food is good. Pools are nice. mostly the night shows and activities at the open theater are very exciting. We appreciate the good gisture of sending a bottle of white wine at my wife birthday

Review 19：The internet is not free, very bad connection even if you pay for the internet, The hotel setup is very bad, you have to walk up the hill to the activity area if you are with children and the go back to the dinning area, you have to give a deposit for each pool towel of 10€, you have to go to the SPA which is long way from the pool with the slopes which make it a nightmare. I felt like a came to work not to a vacation, the personal are telling you that they will come in the next 10 minutes to check the internet and they are coming after 48 hours, the reception manager promise that he will come in one hour to the pool to let you know if there is another room with a better reception to the internet and never came.... Bad service ! Bad communication ! Bad set up of the hotel facilities and on top of everything there is nothing in the area for night life beside Lindos which is 15min drive. We had a very bad experience with this hotel and we totally recommend not to go there it doesn't worth it ! !!!!

Aqua park and pools excellent and beach easily accessible with lovely clear sea.The hotel was not at full capacity when we stayed and I think this contributed positively to our enjoyment, I do not think I would have enjoyed our stayed and in particular meal times at peak season.

Review 36：Terrible service. Unfriendly personel, crowds of people near the entrance to the main restarant in the evening, waiting for a table, water you have to pay for (though all-inclusive), wi-fi that never works though is charged for. I booked sea-view, and was given a road view, though reception guys insisted that I could see a piece of sea while looking outside the window. After explaining 3 times to different people at reception, they agreed to change the room next day.

Review 37：The only thing that I liked was the sea. It was amazing - warm, clear. Comfortable sea-beds, large swimming area. I was positively surprised to be able to find a spare place on the beach during the whole day, as many people prefered pool area to sea-side

Review 38：First of all, we were very disappointed to learn that a 5 star hotel does not have free WiFi! Some of the staff were not friendly and not welcoming. I think the resort is understaffed considering the number of residents. Some of the pools were not very clean. The sunbeds are definitely less than the number of residents on all pools and the beach. We did not like the seating idea at the main restaurant because we had to wait for a long time. The a/c was not working properly at the lobby. In short this is not what we expected.

Review 40：The food got a bit repetative, the sun beds were uncomfortable and I would really recommend you take your own pool towels as their own hire towels looked v tired and small.

Review 41：There was a good choice of pools and places to eat. Hotel was not too big but able to accommodate for busy season. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room in the main/middle part of the complex was lovely, new and clean (superior family room). The quiet location of the hotel meant brilliant sleep (and massive bed). The little train (bus) service from outside the hotel to the local shops, restraurants, hotels and choice of beaches was a must and lovely to take in all the views, there was also an easy bus service to other main resports such as Lindos etc.

Review 60：Animation team was very good and excellent with the children at the mini disco. Food was quite good with lots to choose from. The best of the hotel was the swimming pool with the slides, children loved it. I would recommend the hotel.

Review 62：Very nice location near the sea and beach, also not so far from the Lindos town, which would take about one hour to reach from Rhodes port. Very good infrastuctures and the room we had is pointing towards the sea. Good since all meals are included and they are really delicious and of large variaties everyday. Very beautiful swimming pool, both the relaxing and the main pool. We had a massage in the spa center which is of extra charge and not cheap but the quality was perfect. Definitely would like to come back again, also the road around the island is perfect.

Review 63：Five stars? No way. Only wifi in lobby?! And you have to pay for it... Thats not 2013 for me. The kids were really frustrated. The beds were hard like stones.

Review 65：The staff is very friendly with the customers, well trained and always ready to serve our needs. Our room was large, comfortable and above all it was very clean. The bathroom of our room was also very clean and had outside of tub and shower. The buffet had a great variety and all the food was delicious! For a family with small children, like ours, is I think the ideal place for a holiday.
