Review 2：We had a four bed apartment with an en suite in each bedroom.. Clean, comfortable and just a short bus ride into the city centre. The free wifi was advertised as being available in the public areas however we were lucky enough to have coverage in the apartment.
Review 3：Bathroom had no handsoap or papertowels/handdrier - important as there was a toilet in there.
Review 4：Quiet room, comfortable with desk and chair. Very helpful, friendly staff, especially with directions. Room close to bathroom. Nice modern kitchen for self-catering, TV and outlook onto green area. Undercover car parking.
Review 5：When I went back to reception a different girl was on and she was very sharp not helpful and would not allow me to stay unless I payed extra, even when it was advertised for 400
Review 6：Rooms were lovely, Girl on reception was very helpful when we booked in I asked her about staying on the Friday night as it advertised as 400 euro per week and she said should be no problem. Bus stop just outside gate.Nice and bright
Review 7：Lack of public lighting in the complex, especially for those who have to smoke outside at night . Bathrooms were very small and cramped.

Review 11：We were locked out of the complex and told we had to pay the bill - this was at 1am! We were a mature group celebrating a birthday They already had my card details.

Review 16：Central location, very close to Fitzgerald Park. Walking distance to city centre, if you like walking, but city buses stop outside gate. Great having separate rooms for the children.

Review 18：It was a spacious apartment in a great location. It was quiet at night. A great location for the local shop and shopping centre near by.
Review 19：Only small complaint I have is that we had no couch to chill on in room in evening. With an 3 bed apartment I would of expected that.
Review 20：Family 2 and 2 . We got a 3 bed apartment. Great value for money kids had ther own rooms so no fighting as we had previous staying all in one room in hotel rooms . Will defo stay again .
Review 21：Toilet didn't flush in first room, got moved to another room where I couldn't get any hot water in the shower. The wifi barely worked, and when I returned to the place at 3am, it was pouring rain and by key wouldn't open the door, I went to reception, got another key and that didn't work. Eventually the night warden came and let me in thru a faulty door.
Review 22：The place hadn't been cleaned properly Hair in 2 of the toilets, used soap left in one of the showers. Food left in the freezer from I don't know when.

Review 24：This is a clean building a bit away from the city center right beside a sweet little river and the bus stop. The staff were nice, though my booking information got mixed up a few times. The wifi was really bad and the lock on my door didn't work, but the room had a good desk and chair and the bed was comfortable!

Review 26：The location of the premises is great, within walking distance of ucc and the city. Great location for travelling by car to tourist attractions such as blarney castle and Cobh. Car parking is free within the complex
Review 27：Hard floors and carpets could have been cleaner when we arrived. Advertised as accommodating 6, there was 5 of everything such as plates and cups, and one tiny casserole dish. There was 1 sofa and 5 dining chairs in the sitting area, so had there been more of us, it wouldn't have been very relaxing. A bit noisy from language students above.
Review 28：Plenty of space - we booked a 5 bedroom apartment for 2 of us plus a baby, as this was available at the same price as a smaller flat. Very good price if divided between 5 or 6 people, same price for 2 as local b&b. Majority of flat was very clean. Bedrooms comfortable and pleasant, very good facilities.

Review 33：Wish the university accommodation had been that nice when i went! Nice kitchen/living/dining room with 4 separate bedrooms each with own keycard in an apartment. Once you figure out how to stop the bedroom doors locking when they shut it's very nice.

Review 38：the beds were lumpy and there was a smell of takeaway food throughout. One night there was music from another room. it started at 3;30 and finished at dawn. No reply from the night porter when we phoned.

Review 42：The advertising was a little misleading - we booked for 4 adults and paid for a three bedroom apartment only to discover on arrival that there were in actual fact only three beds - two singles and a double!! Imaging having to figure which two of us were going to be forced to sleep together - we sorted this by one of us 'sleeping' in a sitting position on the little two seater settee in the kitchen/dining/living room. Also, considering we booked for 4 there were only three chairs in the dining area and three sets of towels!

Review 90：The only downside to the location is that its quite a bit away from town, so you are reliant on either taxis or buses. Also, the keycards for the rooms, caused a bit of an issue as one of the rooms (room 4) I believe, the internal door lock wasn't working, and as it didn't haven an ensuite bathroom, my friend locked herself out of her room when she went to the bathroom, however reception created another key when I called down to them, so not really a big deal. 10am check out was a little painful, but that just meant we had time to go and get a lovely breakfast at Soho before some shopping and getting the train home.
Review 91：It was brilliant to have all of us in one apartment and with our own rooms & ensuite bathrooms, it made getting ready for a night out a joy. Staff were very friendly and helpful when my friend locked herself out of her room when she went to the bathroom. Would highly recommend this to friends, and I think we'll be staying here again when we are back in Cork for a girls weekend away.
