Review 1：The breakfast buffet was a let down,the fruit basket was full of very well aged items. I put these items to one side to be replaced with edible items and to my amazement the very same items were back on the Buffet table for the next three mornings.

Review 5：After 5 days hiking in the Dolomites, in sun, rain, fog and snow (!) we needed somewhere to rest and warm up. This hotel, booked at the last minute, proved to be the perfect place: comfortable beds, quiet, good breakfast, and near the old town. And such lovely town that Bassano del grappa turned out to be. The Vecchio bridge is the gathering place for locals and visitors alike.

Review 17：Having to put the card key in to run the lights. They only provided one key, so if my friend left, she couldn't take a key with her, or she'd leave me in the dark. Could have used extra pillows, but discovered that too late to get more from housekeeping - they should have them in the wardrobes. Be prepared to keep your finger on the trigger of the hairdryer - one of us has arthritis in the hands, so that's not fun. Breakfast was mostly breads - not up to par with the usual fare - and the coffee was lousy. We just like a decent Columbian mid-roast - nothing special - go towards the river half a block, and buy yours at the cafe there.
Review 18：Location was as advertised - short walk from the sites we came to see. Parking is limited, but was provided right by the front door. Fairly easy to locate as well - especially after we'd been lost along the way, driving many extra KM's to arrive.

Review 20：Traffic from street was very noisy, if anyone smoked outside it seeped into our room, parking was adequate though a little difficult to pull in and out of a busy street. But I liked being able to see our car from my bedroom window.

The furniture and decotation have been chosen with care. It's quiet and the bed is really comfortable. The location is brilliant. I really enjoyed staying here.

The hotel should speak to the householders at the rear of the hotel. The croissants were only almond filled ones and were stale. Some fresh croissants would be good.
