Review 1：The hotel ran out of hot water which the owner said he was having rectified.
Review 2：Excellent position, quiet, with beautiful view across the water. A little far out of town but with a car, no problem. In-house restaurant a definite advantage. Plenty of parking out the front of the hotel and WiFi worked well. Staff looked after us well and on our departure presented us with a gift of a bottle of wine.
Review 3：Everything was very good, just for those without a car it is quite far to get to the town of Umag. But by car Umag is very near, just a few minutes.

Review 7：The location is perfect - our spacious bedroom had a balcony which overlooked the bay. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the hotel restaurant every day as the food was simply delicious. Highly recommended.

Review 30：Seems churlish to fault the place, but for others these small thingscould be made into an issue if you wanted toSpeaking English was a struggle (but hey, we are in Croatia) and my schoolboy German helped.... wifi coverage was a bit hit and miss and whilst it was great to have a fridge and room safe, we missed a kettle and tea / coffee making facilities in the room... but dont let these trivial things distract from a superb hotel

Review 32：We like everything. So it was advantage that hotel far 2 km from the hotel. City of Umag is just hole near the sea. But very close to many attractive locations. Good base point.
Review 33：One of the best hotels. Small hotel with very cosy rooms. The fasilities are closer to 5 stars hotel. The location is perfect - not too far from Porac, Rubinj, Piran and Motuvun. The big advantage of this hotel is its restoraunt. The best one all over balcans. A sea food is terrific. Do for yourself a favor and ask for half board pension. It is only 15 euro more for person but you have fantastic dinner. Don't wast your time and money the hotel's restoraunt is the best in the area of hundreds kilometers. Worth the money!

Be aware if you have large luggage that that there are stairs to rooms and no elevator. For awareness the tub is a bit high but very nice and clean.
Review 36：In order to find a nice beach, you'll either have to walk to the nearby peninsula or drive to the camping site. The best way is to ride a bike!

Review 38：A 9.2 rating is not high enough for this family run hotel. They perfect everything you can ask for and more- the chef dishes out fresh, flavoursome culinary delights- from the fish brought in that day, the pastas made fresh, the dessert is better than my grandmothers (must try the cheesecake) and not to mention the winelist to compliment. Borrow their rackets for a hit of tennis, or their bikes for a ride around the villages. The hotel is impeccably clean and room is spacious with a great bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot reccommend it more

Review 48：Restaurant on Easter eve was rented out for a family party. It was noisy and we decided to go out for a dinner. Otherwise we prefer to stay and eat at hotel restaurant which is known for a tasty food.
