Review 1：Location not unpleasant but just a bit too far from centre for popping in and out during the day. The location is suburban. Nearby you find a Spar supermarket and a small but engaging indoor food market with cafes. It's 5 minutes walk to tram stop Staglisce, where you would never wait longer than 10 minutes. Tram 17 travels 3.5 miles to the centre in around 20 mins. I had to stand on about a third of journeys. Tram 5 goes to the main bus station, where the airport bus arrives.

Review 2：First time in Croatia so no basis for comparison on VFM, but it seemed pretty good to me. Top rating for cleanliness and staff as I cannot imagine how they could have been better. The room was always at a comfortable temperature and I slept well, so top rating for comfort. The buffet breakfast offered a wide choice. I'd stay again.

Review 3：Zagreb as a whole was quite run down. The area surrounding the hotel was disappointing - would recommend no more than a day there if travelling with the intention of seeing Croatia in a short timeframe.

Review 8：The man on reception was very friendly and helpful. As myself and the wife had just arrived in Croatia he explained where we were and how best to get into Zagreb city centre which is a 25 minute tram ride or a 10 min taxi. He also made recommendations on where to go in the city, the room was very nice and clean. Free parking, always a plus.

The location is a bit outside of the city center, but extremely close to public transportation and a quick walk to lake Jarun. Overall, a great place to stay!

Review 20：We rented a car which made this a great location. It was a pretty short distance to everything we wanted to see and it was quiet at night. The concierge was fantastic. Breakfast in the morning was amazing too. This hotel was a great place to stay the first night of our trip.

Review 24：The gentleman who greeted us when we arrived from my long arudous travel was very kind 22:00 July 22. Slept the entire night. Air conditioning , heavenly. Next morning breakfast, excellent. Great bread , cheese , ham and ripe fruit. (Big plus) My partner did not come down for breakfast but the helpful woman in charge of the dining room allowed me to make a breakfast tray for him. As we checked out the morning of 23 July , the desk clerk gave helpful instructions to Lake Jarun. And since I complimented the delicious sweets at the front desk, he generously gave me a small bag to take on our journey. Always a smile and a warm welcome. Whoever trained the staff should be commended highly.

Review 26：We had a stop of one night there, hotel was easy to find, they have a parking, breakfast is OK, as advertised. Room was very clean, not very big, but bathroom was bigger than expected compared to size of the room. They also have a gym in the basement, Easy to get to city center by tram or by car. Personnel available and ready to help, also with instructions regarding the city.

Review 31：Everything looks brand new. Room is very functional and goodlooking. Hugest shower cabin I've ever seen. King size bed is awesome. Internet has QoS: web is slow, but facetime/skype with camera is always fast. Lake is nearby. Breakfast is tasty and looks fancy. Gym also very functional. That's a great hotel ;)

Review 32：If there's anything to improve (beware that the location is not central if that's an important factor for you!), it's really the small things: volume of the stored movies on TV (great selection, though) is too low; the shower basin is a bit shallow, some water (drops) might leak lightly onto the tiles outside.

Review 33：Great, modern, design-hotel, lacking absolutely nothing in service or commodity. Breakfast was more than sufficient, they provide a baby-stool (if required), very nice design. Will definitely return.

Review 36：Excellent place to be if you're travelling by a car and would like to stay in Zagreb for a couple of days, business or leisure alike. Although there are no places to visit around hotel, you can take a cheap taxi and you could be anywhere in just a 5 minutes as Jarun is very well connected. Free parking, pleasant staff, comfortable and clean room. Big bathroom with huge shower for this category. Great Wi-Fi signal and big flat screen TV. Excellent breakfast will be great start of your day, and minibar has cheap prices. This place is a bargain and can always recommend it to a next traveler!

Review 37：It is close to the centre by taxi and we picked this hotel because it has parking. We got a space outside the hotel, but they don't have that many spaces. Also as mentioned no restaurant.

Review 38：room was lovely and free movies on the TV! Staff were very helpful. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, or one nearby, but the man on reception ordered a pizza for us which was delivered to the room.

Review 41：It is not good for leisure. Location is not ideal, too far from center, no clear indication of what public transport to use. No restarant to have some meal in the evenings, and we were asked to pay for coffee we ordered in the evenings though in our booking it was said that the coffee is for free on request at any time.

Review 47：I like to sleep with windows open, not possible due to traffic noise, not a real big deal for a night or two, if I were to stay longer, I would ask for rooms in the back. Business atmosphere, we were on a leisure trip, still not a huge minus.

Review 55：I both liked and disliked the fact that the hotel was in Jarun. It is not far from a tram line (about 15 min to city center - about an hour walk). On the bright-side, Jarun is a lovely area with nice walking paths by the water.

The man at the desk told us on the second day (after we came back from eating). He had a lovely lunch packed for us - which we really appreciated on our drive to Plivitce.

Review 61：We loved the room comfort, best facilities that exceeds a 3 star hotel, plenty options for breakfast, free parking, while WiFi worked great. I managed to watch live stream TV from my country at MQ (720p). Its location is just 2 km distance from main Zagreb attraction but you can drive for 8-10 min and find easily a parking lot in the city center, or use public transport that covers very convenient all the city. I want to thank to every Jarun employee for their best work at a higher professional level and in a very friendly attitude .
