Review 1：We asked for a room with sea view, changing the room was not possible because of the fully booked hotel. Breakfast tables where not clean, long waiting times for coffee or juice (+20 minutes) or you get your order double. Disorganised while serving. The stay was nice, till we needed to pay, bills WITHOUT signature where presented. The total bill was not specified, the desk staff was not professional solving this issue. The desk manager need to be replaced due to rudeness. Would I recommend other people to stay, if you don't care or like to worry about your bills....give it a go. Eat and drink outside the facility, the food is better and cheaper. Will I go there again, no.

Review 7：The hotel isn't 5*, max.3* by all parameters!!! ...and hasn't own beach. It's beach only for viewing, not for swimming. The good Leela beach and very nice restaurant "Janjeevini" is outside walking along seaside 5-10 minutes, but on your way you might meet a poison snake (we met at once), very poor people, garbages, etc .The staff of hotel isn't skilled but work very hard. The food in the hotel is very spicy or specific for indian guests.

Review 11：The balcony overlooked the main pool where super noisy children and adults were ALL day. The other pool had no facilities near it for drinks or food. The location isn't good, nothing nearby and the beach had hardly any sand and waves were rough. Better off to stay at Lighthouse beach, lovely beach, lots nicer shops and restaurants to choose from.

Review 12：After refusing to stay in the first room that we were given due to how shabby it looked, the second room was lovely, looked recently renovated and was roomy.

Review 13：The staff is polite and helpful, but poorly trained. And that, I see is at the root of all problems. I was bluntly denied a particular breakfast item from the buffet with a "It's finished!" No 5-star in the world has done this to me before. Also the staff don't speak anything but Malayalam. And that too causes problems.

Review 44：There are three swimming pools and the hotel doesn't feel that big so there's always somewhere nice and quiet to take a dip or relax in the sun. The staff are exemplary, cannot do enough for you. The small beach is just steps away. Good restaurants and nice little places to eat by the beach too.

Review 45：The men Reception staff are nothing short of rude and don't look at you when speaking to them. They just stand huddled together around the computer and carry on with what they are doing. Food is nothing better than a school canteen - typical of a mass catering I suppose. I have stayed in better Premier Inns, the first rooom's curtains were filthy, a massive piece of glass missing from bedside cabinet. It was awful and supposed to be a premium room. We complained twice, and eventually got moved to different section of the hotel which bazarly enough was the room we expected.

AC was not working in one room.even after repeated requests we were forced to stay one night without AC.ALL THE ROOMS IN THE FLOOR WERE VACANT..Still they changed the room only the next day when we told we are going to vacate. The telephone was not working in the room. Finally when we checked out i pointed out that we had paid for a different room they gave a discount of 2000 Rs, from the total bill of about 40,000 Rs.
