Reviews for Familienhotel Hinteregger
Review 1：Some personal was not very service minded (some barstaff and waiters). Sometimes you felt like you were troubling them. During breakfast, lunch and dinner they sometimes hurried you to finish, although they should be open much longer according to opening hours. Some were very good, though.

Review 7：The staff at the reception is not exactly something warm to guests from the Croatian. All information we received from guests and not from the hotel staff. All the amenities we have to ask ourselves, our staff is not offered. Management and staff are all taken care of guests from Austria and the hotel does not have any prospect of any menu except in German. In the room information book is available in German only. The front entrance of the hotel icing on which people fall until they reaching the ski storage room where we keep the equipment for skiing.
Review 8：The hotel has a good wellness, where you can relax after skiing. Food in the restaurant is at a high level. The chef is doing a good job. Only offer for lunch could be better, just soup and cake every day are bad offer. Not worth the arrival at the hotel at lunchtime and removing and re-dressing ski equipment.
Review 9：Careful, they tried to charge me 240€ more than on booking.com. Might be a habit in Katschberg, they also tried to overcharge in restaurant on the slopes. They did not advise me right on buying ski tickets. Service in restaurant is slow, you might wait almost an hour for the main course. Drinks are awfully expensive.
