Review 1：The location is very central and only a short walk from the centre[5 minutes to the main square(Jelacic Square)] Staff very helpful and polite. Cozy room with fantastic pillows and nice bathroom.

Review 7：Good location, easy to find. About 10min walk to many shops / food. Able to store our luggage in a locked room near reception for the whole afternoon on the day of departure. Decent breakfast spread - boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, ham, yogurt, cocktail sausages, cheese, french toast, juice tea coffee. Clean rooms of adequate size.
Review 8：when we were there the only problem we had is parking as the city had closed the street for refurbishing the trolly rails and street thus closing the access to their parking lot.

Review 45：We arrived around 10 AM in the morning on an early train from Ljubljana. Our rooms were not ready, but the hotel has a storage room to keep our luggage. The hotel is located about a 20 minute walk to the Zagreb Cathedral and down town areas. There is a small and narrow elevator to take you to your room. We traveled with two children aged one and four, and had heavy luggage, including car seats and strollers, so an elevator is a huge bonus for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We needed some dishes and utensils and they were able to provide us some. The rooms are spacious by European standard and the bathroom is very modernized and clean. We enjoyed our stay.
Review 46：The only thing is that maybe staff didn't know about the current on-going events in Zagreb, luckily I found the information on the go and on the internet. Still, it would be helpful if they would provide up-to-date information on local events. I would also suggest more variety for the breakfast, as it was quite basic, but still, staff is really helpful, so for a shorter stay it is no problem.

Breakfast was poor to say the least, bread was gummy, only some old muesli and cornflakes and one kind of industrial cherry jam (or was it apple? ..undefinable).the bed sheets were clean, but the bottom sheet was tucked under the mattress on one side only, so it left the mattress uncovered on the other side. The room was very noisy as the windows did not keep the street noise outside. Staff were not particularly friendly.
