Review 1：You need to pay extra for parking. The wellness facilities can get really noisy and crowded both inside and outside because of many children.

Review 4：The whole hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly, and the massage was just perfect!
Review 5：Reception staff was quite unfriendly. Our fridge was broken, after I complained the Lady said on reception the maintenance is going to fix it. 2 hours after we asked about it and they said it has been fixed and it was gonna work in 2-3 hours but it did not. In the morning an other lady said she knew it didn't work so it means they lied to me the day before. Wellness is quite small.

Review 7：Staff are unfriendly and generally unprepared. They just don't understand hospitality. Ask for something, and it's like pulling teeth to get it done. The room is poorly designed with no amenities for the guest. So if you didn't bring it, you aren't having it. Moreover, getting some room service is bizarre too. Room is only superficially cleaned -- as are the wellness facilities. A closer look reveals old towels that are worn out and dusty, untouched areas. It feels like a place that is cutting corners to save on costs -- which is unfortunate, because it could be a great place.

Review 13：The room was very comfortable. The view from the terrace - looking at the hills and the castle - was wonderful. It is a relaxing place. Although our room was looking at the main road, it was not noisy at all (with windows shut). With small children it is excellent: they have an own pool at the spa and there are many great, unique play grounds at Visegrád.
Review 14：the staff at the breakfest did bearly serve. always something missing from the buffet and waited too long time for a refill. also the coffee tasted poor and for the caputchino we ordered they charged us extra without telling ahead.
