Review 1：1. Windows to the quite busy road. Impossible to sleep with open windows 2. Restoraunt. Slowly, rather expensive for such quality, credit cards are not accepted

Review 2：It was one of our best holidays. The location of the hotel was very convenient for us to be not far away from Umag Tennis Academy where our son and his friend were training and boarding. The hotel owners and staff were extremely helpful and friendly, at the end of our stay we felt nearly like at home. Big room, good food and beautiful sea.

Review 3：Lights on timers always going on and off Lack of English speaking staff. All outside doors always locked. Credit cards for hotel, but not for dining room. Had to get waitress from dining room in order to check in. Location ... not close to anything.

Review 23：Everything was great, breakfast was very good: eggs with ham were delicious, also Taverna with delicious sea food - we eat pica and shrimps, really recommended.

Review 24：We found the room not clean enough - not saying it was dirty, but having a little kid who crawls all over the room helps point out all the dirty corners, the marks from the mop where it was not clean enough, the ants that came in from the balcony (only the first day) and all the little details. And the most disappointing aspect was the whirlpool bath, which we could not use because dirt kept coming out of the installation, even after hours of leaving it to work by itself .... The location was also not perfect, it was close to some undeveloped beaches, but to get to the more organised and nice ones we had to drive 2-3 km. So all in all, not very good value for money and not what we expected from a 4-star villa (maybe we had too big expectations)

Review 25：The staff was really very friendly, helpfull and prompt. The room was spacious and neat, but not what we expected from a 4 star villa. We liked the balcony and since we requested and got a room NOT facing the street, we didn't have a noise problem, but no view to the sea, either. We also liked the breakfast, good quality, a lot of food and even if coming late, you still had all the choices.

Review 26：The road is a bit noisy. If you have a room on the front, you can close the window and insert air conditioning. The rooms on the back side of the hotel are excellent, there it is quite and pleasant

Review 27：The extremely friendly atmosphere, kindness and professional skills of the staff. An excellent manager conducts the hotel. The dinner we had there was the best in all our trip. The hotel has been recently renovated, the rooms are very nice and well equipped. The dining room and terrace are beautiful

Review 35：When we arrive to the hotel we saw that there is problem with the roomwe order. Lorettta from the reception made a lot of offers to replaceour room to comfort room even when the hotel was full booked. The foodin the hotel resturant was very tasty.

Review 36：We stayed in Villa Vilola during the ATP weekend in Umag and we were very pleasantly surpirsed by the service, vicinity and comfort hotel has to offer. It's very close to the seaside, easy reachable and the rooms are very spacious with the best bed mattresses to sleep on. The staff and the owner are all very professional and kind. We booked to stay for 2 nights, but on the last day we decided that we want to stay one day more and, although they didn't have any more rooms available, they let us stay in the suite, but charged us for the normal room. Talking about hospitality! Breakfast is very good and for dinner try the clams and Villa Vilola cake. All in all, you can't miss with Villa Vilola!

Review 37：Excellent staff, good restaurant and the position is perfect to reachthe beach and the nightlife main places in the area. The rooms are bigand well refined, with couches too.The restaurant is open 8-24, and theyfresh cook your breakfast

Review 38：The sensor light kept going on and off in one of our rooms; no elevatorand Wifi reception was insufficient for android phones. The areasurrounding it was unattractive and very noisy on the main road. Therewere a few weevils and a worm in the cereal.
