Review 1：-Breakfast was quite small but tasty (for me ok, but for my partner was needed double the amount. The prices for extra portions were reasonable. -We stayed 3 nights, but nobody cleaned our room, only afterwards we thought, that if u want ur room cleand u need to leave the key at the reception (would be nice if the staff would confirm with the guests about the cleaning).

Review 3：We were only 1 night- hopefully. First of all, a lot of lies from the owner in short time. Fake courtesy. Second of all fatiguing smell of some oil paint from the bathroom. 1 - we got the room near by lobby kitchen, bar? so it was loudy. The windows were big and each side so we doesn't feel privately at all. We ask if we could have different room near by pool and the depth of the object so he said no - he doesn't have any rooms left. We get the booking.com app at we see that 4 anothers rooms are avaliable. 2 - he tried to sell us a trip - some about 750.000 even we know the price should be 500.000 or less. They doesn't remember even to turn on the boiler of water. And again smell of oil paint by whole night. When I turn on the ceiling fan - a loundness was frightening and i thought that he fall and cut off my head or something. Only bad memories unfortunately.
