Review 1：No air condition when 29 degrees outside, 25 was inside. Cannot sleep with windows opened - noise of trains (railway ca. 100 meters away) and insects coming through the window. Breakfast far below even pension level. Hotel staff does speak very little English and takes no action except saying "I'm sorry".

Review 6：The staff was excellent and efficient. The room was large, modern, and comfortable. It was quiet, too, breakfast was delicious and we even got freshly picked local pears from the woman working the kitchen, a nice touch.
Review 7：The location is perfect, with the train station and town centre only a short walk away. An excellent restaurant, with decking on the river front, can be found just up the road. The hotel still looks and feels brand new. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, bright and clean. The reception and breakfast staff were all very warm, friendly and extremely helpful. An inviting courtyard provides a great place to sit and sip the local wines, which are very fairly priced and available from Reception. Tokaj, is a wonderful area to visit and I could not recommend this hotel any more highly.
