Review 3：We read that we could rent bicycles at the hotel for free, but we weren't aloud to take them, so that was not that great. Otherwise it was nice!

Review 7：The hotel is clean and ok in all respects, with two exceptions. The beds are very hard, it may be a matter of taste, but I found them next to unbearable. Second, on the first night I could hear everything my neighbour did, including flushing the toilet and snoaring. The last phenomenon was intruding to a degree that it was impossible to sleep. At five in the morning I gave up and went to the night porter and was promptly given another room with an equally hard bed, but perfectly quiet. On my departure I argued that the first criteria for an overnight stay that you pay for is that it is sleepable. However, I did not achieve any discount for the sleepless night.

Review 29：My wife and I booked in to the Preveza City Hotel for one night as a break between two long days of travel. When we arrived the room type that we had booked was not available. The staff recognized the problem and immediately moved us to a room at a nearby associated hotel which more than met our expectations. The response from the staff was very professional.
