Review 1：The air conditioner was not included in the room price, if you wanted the air conditioner you had to pay extra fee, also the WiFi was with extra payment. The bed was not so comfortable, and the towels were not changed every day by the cleaning ladies.
Review 2：The thing that I liked most was the breakfast. There were lots of food varieties. I also liked the swimming pool near the hotel. The staff was really friendly, especially the owner of the hotel.

Review 7：It is very good value for the price. The only negative I could imagine for someone staying for more than a few days is that there aren't enough drawers/cupboard space for clothes. But a minor niggle.
Review 8：This is a nice little hotel in the quiet outskirts of Dassia. It's on the beach side of the main road with a path down to a small, secluded beach and a five minute walk to the main resort area. It has a nice pool and gardens. Rooms have a fridge, which is useful.

Review 10：Friendly owner / staff Decent basic continental breakfast I spent the night here whilst exploring the island by scooter with a backpack; a bit of an adventure booking the nights accommodation where I ended at the end of the day. The hotel was fine for my need but I wouldn't want to spend a holiday there.
Review 11：Air conditioning cost 5 €/night. Toilet was very uncomfortable. After showering you have to swim in the toilet, because the sewer is built in wrong place in the floor.

Review 13：Location is in Dassai yes, but at the very beginning of the village, and to go to restaurants, shop and a beach 1,5 km along the road and walk not from pleasant are necessary. (There is no normal foot zone and in the evening many ownerless big dogs. ) Hotel directly on the road and even with the closed windows it is audible all passing cars at night, it is impossible to sleep. Hotel personnel not the friendly. At empty hotel refused to change number despite all requests) gave out the most noisy directly opposite to a ladder over reception where all infinitely go and talk).

It never happend to me before, but we became friends with Nicos and Rula and for sure will visit them again some time, as well as recommend their hotel to all our friends.
