Review 1：The hotel has a good, reasonably priced restaurant but lets itself down with an unimaginative and indifferent breakfast. This is a shame, for otherwise we would give it top rating.
Review 2：This is a very nice, friendly and comfortable hotel very well situated just outside the walls of Bassano del Grappa, itself a really lovely mediaeval town. Our room was cosy and well provided. This was our second stay in the hotel and we would chose to come back here again if we were in this area.
Review 3：Lovely hotel in a very beautiful location with views from our room of mountains. It is our second stay over 3 years - we are from Tasmania. The room was comfortable and modern and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were most helpful.
Review 4：Breakfast was just OK, I didn't ask but we were at breakfast for an 1/2 hour and they were out of scrambled eggs, they never checked it and there were about 5 couples in there at the time.

Review 10：This hotel had the worse customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed at in Italy! Absolutely useless staff. Don't bother asking them for advise about the area. And the restaurant served very unpleasant food.

Review 38：I used to live in Bassano so chose this hotel when I revisited. I knew the location of the hotel but wish I had visited sooner! The staff were fab, room clean, fresh and well appointed. Location great. Breakfast was excellent. A good range of croissant, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit etc. I will definitely return.

Review 45：WE have stayed there before and we have friends in the area. When we checked in the hotel was not busy at all I ask the young lady on the desk if we could be upgraded to a better rooms, the reply was if you want to pay for it. The room we were given had a shower curtain in the bathroom, when we showered we also had to mop the floor. I told the same person about this problem and the reply was I haven seen that room. We returned on Sunday night and were given another room, no safe but a telephone booth shower.Long story short we wont return when we make our next trip in the fall.
