Review 1：rude receptionist at check in and check out (young girl) poor breakfast avoid the Kovacs garden restauarnt next door small bed, not satisfactory bedding

Review 3：Nothing related to the hotel. But if you plan to arrive in the evening on the other side of the Danube, by train or by car, be aware that the last ferrry is crossing at 21:00 !!

Review 7：A/C went out in the restaurant one night. Male restaurant staff were grumpy and slow (one waitress spoke English and she was friendly and helpful). Fitness center was small and lacked A/C and towels.

Review 9：Staff's English was poor, even though they did try to assist. Expected far more helpful reception from a 4 star hotel. Wifi was unreliable and slow. Requested a double bed but in the room were two joint single beds which were rather uncomfortable for a couple.

Review 20：Advertised as 4 star, but the hotel is actually 3 star. You have to pay for bathrobes. The sink in our bathroom was broken (although this was probably just bad luck, not a general characteristic of the hotel). A bit pricy for a 3 star hotel.

We got the feeling that this hotel deals a lot with/caters for tour groups. We were slightly off season and some of the food in the dining room did not seem to be hotel made but obtained frozen and heated up.

Review 44：Swimming pool was a reasonable size. Good facilities in hotel. When requested reception provided additional pillows very quickly. Excellent shower. Upon making known our dislike of the "entertainment" ongoing in the restaurant the waiter moved us to a quieter area immediately.

Review 46：Immaculately clean and modern hotel near the ferry dock. Restaurant offered excellent Hungarian fare. Lots of spa/fitness options were available, though I didn't avail myself of them. Staff spoke some English, and were helpful finding a safe spot to store my bicycle.

Review 47：The location is excellent. It's really close to the cross river ferry and the town. The staff were very helpful and were happy to get me information about activities in the area. There is free wifi and there is also free use of a computer. The wellness centre is a wonderful relaxing facility with a range of different saunas, jacuzzis, and pools. Breakfast had a good choice of dishes to suit everyone.

Review 51：Breakfast did not start until 07.30 a packed breakfast was offered whichwe took on one occasion it must have been put together from left oversby someone with no idea of what a balanced breakfast might contain wewere unable to eat the food and had to throw it away. Sandwiches onstale bread a dob of spread in the middle cold breaded meat of some sortabout an inch thick in the middle the other sandwiches contained bits ofcheese and meat again of some sort an apple that must have been kickedaround the kitchen and a bottle of water but at least the water wascold. Do not have the packed breakfast.

Review 52：Lived up to our expectations from the description we had a very bigroom despite being at the beginning of the corridor and busy with youngchildren we heard nothing. Breakfast was excellent (on site see below)with a good choice of food always clean and well presented. Locationwas good easy drive to the f1 circuit and nice walks locally wouldrecommend this hotel as a great place to stay The staff were alwayshelpful and tried very hard to please there was no waiting and ourrequests were all met.

Review 56：We just got back from a long weekend trip. The hotel was not fully booked and we had plenty of space by all the pools. Everywhere it was clean, hotel staff were very nice and helpful, they even packed a breakfast bag with sandwiches, fruits and a bottle of water to-go since we had to leave early in the morning. The breakfast/dinner was excellent, if you are looking for a relaxing place this will suit you well during this time of the year.

Review 57：The only thing we didn't like is the situation of hotel's outdoor poolwith the benches, which is right next to the main road - can be a bitnoisy during the day.

I was very sorry to do that, as the hotel premises, facilities seemed really nice. I would like again to thank the hotel management and staff, who were really very understanding and cooperative to deal with this cancellation in a very professional and supportive way. Their kindness and cooperation was very much appreciated! I hope I'll have the opportunity to stay there and fully enjoy the premises and services.

Review 64：Generally quite a poor attitude of the staff. They were veryprofessional meeting all our needs (2), but the general attitude wasquite annoying. There were exceptions. But I'm used to this in Hungaryafter a few years of living here.
