Review 1：I felt the swimming pool needed attention/ renovation and would have benefited from some sun loungers. There is a lovely ayuvedic massage facility but a bit pricey in comparison to similar establishments.The dining room was fine for breakfast but lacked atmosphere for evening dining. The standard of cleanliness, ie floors, windows, table cloths was poor.

Review 2：Enjoyed the setting of the hotel as it was very peaceful but only a short 5 minute walk to Eve's beach. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was a buffet with mainly curry options but the waiters were happy to make porridge, fruit platters eggs etc to cater for westerners tastes. The vegetarian curries served in the evening were delicious with the option of room service. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. There was also a good English speaking movie channel in the room.

Review 3：The walk to the beach was short but up a very steep hill. No wifi in the room but available in the lobby.

Review 4：Friendly staff at a clean and comfortable hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed. The balcony was nice but the view was poor. The roof top restaurant had potential but the quality of food was poor.

Review 8：Issue 1: Food was a disappointment mainly with regard to thecomplimentary breakfast. There was hardly anything on the table!Didn't see a toaster for the bread & the chappati had no curry -just yogurt & pickle! No other food item was available. May be acost saving move during off peak season? I couldn't help complainingto the only member of staff available in the restaurant. This was anabsolute shocker when compared to the other hotels where we were spoiltfor choice. Breakfast on day 2 was better (it seems my comments weretaken on board), but could still have been a lot better although someeffort had been made to improve the range. Issue 2: The satellitechannels couldn't be accessed properly (frozen / distortedimages). Upon complaining, the maintenance guy turned up immediately,but confidently told me that it was a problem with the service provider(not the set top box [stb] & that there was nothing he could do: Ibelieved him. However later I saw all channels (same serviceprovider's) in another hotel with absolutely no problems. Uponreturning to the hotel I summoned him & requested him to takeanother look. He replaced the stb. He told me he would be back later tosee if it was working, but I never saw him again (issue was neverresolved till we left & I knew he wasn't going to bother). Somuch for responsibility! I was very disappointed with his attitude.

Review 9：The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach - approx. 5minutes' walk. The staff were very helpful & courteous: wedidn't have any problems with any of them. In fact they went onestep ahead specifically referring to an issue I was trying to get sortedout with regard to my flight ticket: thanks to all members of staff whohelped. The room was spacious (at least compared to many of the otherhotels we stayed in during our trip to India) & spotless. There is anice little balcony and we enjoyed spending time there. Overall quitehappy with this hotel & wouldn't hesitate recommending tofriends / family.
