Review 1：No toaster, reception staff were very rude, pre-charged our credit card when pay-on-arrival was arranged, very squishy and poor set up parking, limited parking spaces

Review 2：Great location, easy access rooms, large rooms, housekeeping staff were great and very friendly

Review 3：The TV reception was poor. Housekeeping knocked on the door whilst we were still sleeping, surely there is a modern way for them to have up to date details of who has already checked out. Hallway was very smelly.

Review 10：There was no lighting in the area for coffee and tea making area and so it made it difficult to see what you were doing - at one stage I had overfilled the electric jug and when it boiled hot water splashed out and caused an electrical short in our room and we had a black out - however the concierge was quick to come and help out and reset the circuit breaker. The restaurant in the hotel had very slow service and the wait staff were not apologetic and would just "tell the chef". Sometimes the "hot" buffet breakfast was only luke warm.

Review 11：We loved the location - so handy to lovely restaurants and shops (Westfields was down the road) and there was plenty of parking for guests. We stayed 3 nights and had a very nice roomy ground floor suite.We loved the "Green Choice" option which saved us a bit of money on meals. We would come again whenever we are in Canberra.

Review 12：We got 2 keys and only 1 worked so I had to come home from pub to let my wife in at 11pm she was outside with 2 year old boy and 10 month old girl for half n hour

Review 15：Stayed in an Executive King suite which was very roomy, comfortable, had a decent size bathroom & was very good value for money. Ideal for an extended stay. The onsite parking was of generous size & free. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed the special $15 buffet breakfast-very good value and a great way to start the day. Convenient to all attractions & places of interest. Will definitely stay again when next in Canberra.

Review 20：We had a family function at the hotel. We were so impressed with the staff. The staff were efficient, helpful and professional. The whole family were impressed with the staff. Nothing seemed to be a problem and was done with a smile and straight away.

Review 21：Over bill me breakfast charge. Check in with two persons and had breakfast for two days. After that, only me had breakfast but still charged me two persons. I talked to the manager after I noticed the bill is wrong (I have paid already). He insisted on no refund. Other than that, the hotel used my credit card to settle the hotel room charges before I checked in. I am really dissatisfied.

Review 22：We attended a function at the venue and that was an excellent choice. Nice drive to the venue through canberrra from all sight seeing venues. Nice freeway drive.

Review 24：Very pleasant staff at check in, and organising late check in for our guests we booked with. Plenty of free parking. Good access to Belconnen facilities. Good heating on a very cold night and comfy bed.

Review 25：We booked in for 3nights and our bed was only made on one. we pulled the sheets back only to find that they had not been straightened from the night before and just pulled up to make it look like it had been made PROPERLY. We only had breakfast one morning which was a non event. No hot food. No cups and saucers .No fresh fruit. For the money we could have gone to a cafe down the road.

Review 58：Staff should wear name tags so guests can address them without asking their name Staff should also brief guests about all facilities on arrival (such as gym, restaurant, laundry, using key in room, why we need two swipe keys- nothing is mentioned about any of this) Use guest's name when they arrive...make them feel welcome. Repeat guests should receive a bonus - free drink or something. Recognition that they have returned. There should be a microwave for guest use and no charge for it. Mind you, when I asked restaurant staff to heat up my left owner food on one occasion, they did so with pleasure. I asked for the leaking around base taps to be fixed and they were fixed but maintenance left the cover for under the sink in the bathroom on the floor. i left this out the front of my room and it was still there in the morning.

Review 59：Close to my work and bus station. Staff helpful No smoking hotel - many thanks Clean room and good facilities, free WiFi 500 MB per day. Very comfortable bed and very quiet room(Room 202 on second floor on car park side) Restaurant staff helped to heat up my left over meal. Used gym on site and all equipment worked. Wake up call free. Sewing kit provided great. Overall a great stay and second time there. Thanks a lot

Review 60：The children's single bed had a broken wheel and upon reporting it to the staff they advised that there was no other room available and they could chock up the bed. The issue for me was that this would have been known prior to us checking it as when you make the bed it wobbled.
