Review 1：No coffee or tea maker in the room, small TV with remote control that didn't work properly, bathroom is too small. One lamp did not work. In my experience, the price is too high for what you get!

Review 3：We did not realize on the weekdays that we had to order the warm breakfast, it was not included on the buffet table. During the weekend it was included.

Review 8：Day before i spoke with gentleman and asked for a room with balcony as i'm smoker,however i was given room without but when i start to complain it was fixed immediately.

Review 9：The staff upon arrival were not friendly, just neutral. The hotel is mediocre clean, but not sterile as I would expect from a place like this. There were some toothpaste streaks and whatnot on the bathroom walls. The regular rooms have no bathtub and no shower door, just a thin curtain that allows water to leak all over the place. The breakfast buffet on Sunday was pretty much an exact replica of Saturday, leading me to believe the food was just recycled.

Review 10：The staff member who sent email correspondence via the booking process was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was great, and our room was decent sized with huge window. There is a pool and a couple small jacuzzis and saunas in the wellness center. The breakfast buffet was great on Saturday. We requested 12pm checkout and it was no problem.

Review 11：The breakfast food quality and service was not good. Orange juice like water. Some of the food was not fresh, Much of the bread was dry, two-three days old, maybe?

Review 13：Everything; big rooms with very good beds and enough room for your clothes, suitcases and other stuff. Very good cleaning; fresh towels every day and some more for wellness if you want. But the best of all was the dinner; I still miss the excellent food, wow!
