Review 4：Each of the showers I had had a lot of black mould in the cubicles. This really should not be the case. The use of bleach would help or re grouting would eliminate. This is my only complaint.

Review 9：I used this hotel after a long tiring flight and before my long journey back to West Wales and home. It was welcoming, comfy, clean and a good breakfast included. I would certainly recommend it and use it again.

Review 27：Breakfast! Fab English breakfast, very politely served by friendly staff. The "stand-in" staff while the owners were absent were clearly anxious to please and did an excellent job overall. They should absolutely be complimented.

Review 28：Our room (no 10) suffered badly with very loud noise from what we think was the boiler flue which was really loud for a few minutes every 30-40 mins late at night and then from 6am. It woke us. The hairdryer was broken and there was (someone else's) hair in the shower cubicle plus huge cobwebs hanging down from the bathroom ceiling.

Review 34：Bus drops you off in front of the hotel but you must look for the sign "local buses" at Gatwick airport - it's downstairs, not on the main floor where the shuttle buses are. Our host dropped us back at the airport because we were leaving within his shuttle hours. There is a lovely old pub next door that has been modernized to more of a restaurant than pub. If you want a real old local pub there is one called the Foresters in town, about a 15 minute walk and for £8.50 you can get two dinners from the regular menu. Very friendly hosts and a great full English breakfast. If your flight leaves earlier than 7am you can help yourself to a continental breakfast.

Review 35：Not an exciting location if you have a few hours to spare. Had to insist to be driven to the airport even though the Booking contract says it's part of the deal in the daytime.

Review 36：The room was lovely, the shower very good, the bed comfy and the breakfast excellent, even at 5.00am. The lady who met me was very helpful and the taxi service to the airport was also very good.

Review 37：Wonderful place to stay overnight before my flight the next morning. Tony and Linda were very friendly and welcoming. My room was perfect and had everything I needed. Breakfast was exceptional and there was a free lift to the airport. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others without hesitation.

Biggest problem was being kept waiting for 30 minutes at pickup point, (B&B 5 mins from airport) after calling, the husband interrogated who we were. No apology ... Tried to justify poor service! Sadly this left disappointed experience in our mind.

The owners have thought of everything they could possibly do to make the stay a good one. Comfortable, exquisitely clean, excellent breakfast (juices are kept in the fridge - top marks) and in the room a fan, a long mirror, comfy chair, bottled water, good tea and biscotti. Nice people too.
