Review 1：The room itself was modern and comfortable. Wi-Fi signal was reliable and fast. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Thank you for the 12.00 oçlock check out - really appreciated.

Review 2：Housekeeping inefficient, areas of bathroom clearly dirty and not rectified, and room left unsecured by staff for long period of time. Flippant apologies by staff and no real offer of improvement. Room very small - Would be unlikely to stay again.

Review 4：A very good place to stay but two notes about the u/ground car park: it's difficult to see the entrance as it's partly obscured as one drives up Woodson's Lane and needs a clear sign to differentiate it from the Stamford car park (no sign) and another which appears to be Myers warehouse entrance; and take the Mini Minor, not the Land Cruiser or you may have fun getting out.

Review 8：Great family apartment (2 Bed Apartment), room for us all to spread out and relax. Very central to Rundall Mall, plenty of places to eat. Apartments are right in the night club area on Hindley St, but this was not a problem as when inside, the noise from outside was not heard.

Review 9：Room was in need of a thorough clean. Shower door had black scum around the seals. Nasty smell out in the corridor from garbage shoot. Reserved Parking very inadequate for large vehicles.

Balcony provided outdoor air but was just all concrete with four walls, one of which was glass divider from next apartment.

Review 19：We paid $280 for one night because it was new years eve but all other hotels were a lot cheaper, went with this one because it was meant to be spacious but was average. Room service is not actually room service most of the restaurants we called required pick up. Advertised as "balcony with view" what we actually got was 4 enclosed walls with a coffee table, no view at all which is pretty bad because we paid extra for a balcony.

Review 20：The apartment was nice looking, the staff was quite nice and let us have late checkout at no extra cost. The apartment was clean but I wouldn't expect any less.

Review 35：in room smell from other restaurant in the basement. I was given a room with a very high spiral staircase to get into the bedroom you can't climb with a large luggage.

Review 37：During our stay one member of staff made us feel unworthy of his time and effort due to our age, as young adults. We stayed here following my (family orientated) birthday party which my cousins flew interstate for, who also stayed with my partner and I. A staff member wrongly and rudely accused one cousin of smuggling extra people into our 2 bedroom apartment, and the hotel failed to provide the requested bed configuration and did not notify me. This meant one person had to sleep on a small couch after a rollaway bed was refused to us, with the member of staff providing only some extra blankets on request. I understand many hotels have young guests who are less respectful, but this does not mean every young person is like this. We are paying customers and deserve to be treated equally.

Review 38：The car park is very tight in getting around the corner coming in and going out and parking is quite a tricky job........manouving is a tight squeeze. Hire a very small car and it will be an easier park!

We deliberately booked that style because I wake up early & my husband sleeps in so I thought I could shut the door & not wake him by boiling the kettle etc

Taxi driver warned us not to be out late at night, however, we felt quite safe walking to and from dinner and found the street interesting for 'people watching'. Review 60：Clean, modern, well equipped apartment having a balcony, kitchen with full fridge, washing machine & dryer, with very close proximity to Rundle Mall, variety of eateries, Playford Hotel for wonderful breakfast, bottle shop & many minimarts, as well as several Hire Care offices (Thrifty, Avis & Hertz). Good coffee shop/eatery directly opposite entrance. Close to the Torrens River, Museum and Art Gallery. Perhaps an easy 15-20minute walk to Central Market & interesting antique shop. Free bus city circle bus & tram both very close on King William Street. The apartment was amazingly quiet considering that Hindley Street is a loud area with noisy pubs. We would definitely stay at Miller Apartments again and thoroughly recommend.

Review 61：Booked this for some US family. They loved it and the location , it was a little rowdy outside early morning but not enough to put them off . Room very clean and staff very pleasant

Review 62：We would have liked a bit of a heads up on the rather ugly view from our balcony (411). It did ruin the atmosphere of the stay. The idea of a view when new to a city is so that you can gauge the atmosphere and crowd when planning your day.

Review 64：Rooms had fans but not air conditioning. It was warm. All 3 bedroom units need another bathroom. I did ask for one but did not get it. I was only told this a day before my booking. The person told me the extra bathroom apartment was being used by others who had been there for a few days already...so they knew but did not want me to cancel my booking and therefore did not tell me.

Review 66：Didn't like the central heating / heaters in the room. The weather was cold outside but the room got so hot at night we had to sleep ontop of the covers and if you opened the balcony doors to let some air in then the noise of the city and people outside woke our daughter.

Review 68：Iron was in terrible condition. I was shocked to find out that we had to pay for parking facility after paying so much money for the room. Balcony had terrible view, not a single plant was there to make it look inviting. Dining chair was not comfortable, too low for the table. This place seemed very compact. Bathroom is too small.

Review 70：Booked parking space for the 3 nights I was there asI had a hire car. If booking a parking space make sure you hire a small car, as many of the car spots have structural beams which makes the car spaces hard to get into.

He said there was a complaint of smoking, we asked him if he smelled anything and he became defensive, we were not smoking. I said it was inappropriate for him to open the door with his keys and he said he can if needed. He later tried to open the door again bit we had the latch on, I can only presume he was trying to be difficult as there was no reason. It was very worrying.

Review 102：The location is fantastic - my sister and I were traveling with our 85 year old mother who has difficulty walking- to get to the tram was a 2 minute walk and flat entry and exit so we managed to get to Glenelg easily!! Loads of restaurants close by - all the hotels recommendations in the back of the compendium were very good. Adelaide is a great place for /shopping walking - botanic gardens, markets etc We had a 3 bedroom unit- only 1 bathroom - wasn't a problem with only 3 but 3 couples might find this an issue. Also only 1 bedroom had a window- other 2 had glass at the top of the wall to let in light- this might bother some people- but aircon was good.

Mustwash all your own dishes, there are heavy fines if you do not comply.Reminder signs if you have an accident in the kitchen god forbid up forthousand. Felt restricted with all warning around the apartment did notwant to use facilities. When staying away from home and choosing aaccommodation need to feel at ease and relaxed, unfortunately Ididn't was there for 2 days and wanted to leave, which is shamebecause the apartments are lovely and a lot to offer but did not feelrelaxed to enjoy it even tho I was on business.
