Review 1：Fitness room is a bit small. In 6 nights the room was cleaned just 2 times, maybe because the yellow with "make up the room" and "don't disturb" looks same on both sides. In the nearby there aren't restaurants or shops.

Review 2：Excellent spa: pools (plus swimming pool) and saunas. The room was comfortable, well designed and have a beautiful views. Wi-fi works excellent. The food was very good and various especially at the diner. Most of the staff speak english and are friendly. The bus station is very close. You can visit the beautiful Visegrad Castle at 5-6km.

Review 3：During the weekend the swimming pools area was very packed. We could not find free beds until 17.00. This is because the pools are open also for people from outside the hotel.

Review 4：It's a lovely place. Beautiful views, many interesting places to see in the neighbourhood. Very good food. We liked the swimming and sauna facilities the most. We spent a very relaxing weekend and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Review 5：Aquatraining wasn't real training. The trainer bored it didn't make exercises and the music was horrible.

Review 9：Food selection is not too wide and should be improved. The grill section is badly used with only one (not even too attractive) option / night. It should offer several options of freshly grilled meat, fish, cheese and vegetables. They ran out of bread, buns and croissants twice in the middle of sunday's breakfast, with the staff not even noticing it. Had to wait 15 minutes before they brought the bread out! Unfortunately no home made yogurt available. Rooms have a bit aged furniture (but have modern flat tv and standard bathroom). Mattresses are too soft and should be replaced. Many things could be better managed and organized.

Review 10：This hotel has a very good spa and wellness. The tepidarium is so beautiful. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. Free Wi-Fi is available in all hotel areas, rooms and spa included! And it works well. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay

Review 31：Most of the personnel in the restaurant is very friendly and quick. There a couple though that were very slow in taking our drinks order and bringing them. It only happened once out of 4 times we ate there though. Also the outside wellness pool could have been warmer considering there were only 14C outside.

Receptionist refused our request prolong check out for 1 hour more in spite of hotel was empty.

Review 41：We stayed two nights and cannot fault the service offered by the Hotelstaff - everyone very friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent andplentiful.As other reviewers have mentioned beds are soft - but still comfortable, there is only 1 pillow per person and there are no tea/coffee making facilities - upgrading these aspects would add an extra level of comfort but lack of them did not detract from our stay.
