Review 1：Nothing. Everything is ok.
Review 2：The local of the Hotel Central is very good. It is almost in front of the train central station and in a walking distance of the bus station. The staff is very helpful and kindly.
Review 3：It was not possible to use the air conditioner in the winter, even though the room was boiling hot. We were able to cool the room by opening the windows so it wasn't so bad.

Review 18：Very conveniently located. just opposite the train station; also walkable to all city sights. Note that bus station is about 1+ kilometre away so one would have to take the tram for a few stops before reaching bus station. Room is clean so well done to the staff who tidied up the place.

Review 25：We know we payed for location but the value for the dollar was way down in my opinion. a $90.00 canadian rate would have been a closer number in my opinion. I like Booking web and convenience but if I can get the hotel cheaper myself I will do so next time.
Review 26：Problems came when I tried to checkout.the money had already been taken out of bank by the hotel prior to my arrival(confirm ed to me by the night recepionist) I explained this to the guy on checking out,he became abusive and raised his voice to me in front of my family and several fellow guests.When he found the paperwork that proved I had indeed paid he offered a very insincere apology.He ruined what had been a excellent break in zagreb.

Review 28：Very convenient to Zagreb main train station if you are arriving late or leaving early. Wifi is free and good. Sometmes the staff can appear a bit hassled, especally at check out, but it doesn't stop me staying here quite often.as it is so convenient. 10 minute walk to the city centre with shop, ATMs, taxi rank and buses close by. Breakfast is plain but adequate.
Review 29：Power went out for 1 hour and staff did not know what to do in this situation they did not even advise us, we went down to ground floor as we where on 4th floor as I thought there might have been some serious/dangerous happenings in hotel. I think staff need more training in emergency situations.
