Review 1：We had booked a Superior double room with a sea view but was offered anything but that. We insisted on a change, which was carried out, but as an offer, not excusing for the mistake. Upon arrival we were requested to pay for a New Years Eve Supper. No info about that before hand. We declined. Poor water pressure in the shower and no hot water. No functioning wifi on 4th floor. All of this could have been sorted out with a smile and helpful, service- oriented attitude, which was unfortunately nonexistent. I regret to be critical, but the management consisted of a team of seemingly inexperienced persons, without a clue how to run a hotel.

Review 3：Wifi is available but does not work. I stayed for 3 days, but the room was not cleaned everyday. I had to ask for towels as they did not keep towels in the room. shabby service...they lock the main door during night and open only after 6:30 am..sort of a curfew...

Review 5：1. Extremely narrow approach road. Entry and exit from the hotel were risky affairs especially for senior citizens. 2. Ambience unfit for relaxed holiday. 3. Boarding - breakfast OK, lunch , dinner and room-service very poor. 4. Taxi service / conducted sight seeing charged exhorbitantly. 5. Room rent @ Rs.4700/= per night not only unreasonable but also unjustified considering the deficiencies and poor facilities. Will not recommend to friends and relatives
