Review 1：The hotel needs to be renovated. The bathroom was in bad condition. The restaurant was very noisy and look like a canteen. The employees at the restaurant were not very polite, they were always stressed that we would leave without paying the drinks...

Rather stay at pool, if you can find a seat as everyone is putting out towels and not enough seats in oak times, walk to beach for a swim. BBC nights very good but you have to pay quite a lot extra pp for it. Drinks and cocktails very expensive. Cocktails not good. Not enough umbrellas. No double beds in hotel? Singles push together and very uncomfortable, heard guests complain about it. Bathrooms not cleaned properly but rest fine. No coffee or tea in bedrooms?

Review 4：The pools, spa and the BBC was great. Staff friendly except pool bar staff. Dinners good. Jewelry shop manager lovely and helped us book a beautiful restaurant for my birthday. Little shop next door service also great but a bit cluttered and not allowed to sell drinks.coffee at the pool bar great.wasps a big problem and made people flee the pool bar area. Water aerobics great in the morning at the pool.

Review 6：When we arrived we was put into a dirty room and not of choice room as listed on your site we had old blood on top cover room smelt musky I and unclean we had to stay in the room overnight and did not unpack as we would not except room moved to the sister hotel but the room was for 3 person complained and moved again waisted a whole day of our short holiday If you put pictures of our room would not have paid £2,200 not worth it very disappointed had to pAy for beach sunbeds not good

Review 10：The hotel is located in a very nice area with all you need to have a happy vacation. This complex has spacious beach and green area, pools for children and adults, restaurants, playground and many other opportunities for fun. The food is tasty and varied. Family rooms with sea view are amazing.

Review 11：Disappointed. Worked in shipping industry many years ago and familiar with Chandris cruises. WOW their standards have changed! How about sprucing up the place a bit and not being petty. . For the price paid I expected more - although rooms were comfortable, every other detail was lacking. I understand dry cleaning service charges but why not charge laundry wash by the kilo instead of each piece! . . Free WIFI awful (really you must pay for it?). Neglect was evident everywhere except for the landscaping, there was black mold in grout around the pool and few shade umbrellas, hardly any A/C in lobby as doors were kept open all day, drinking water fountain disabled, building exterior paint and hallway carpet out-dated. Buffet breakfast and dinner was tasty but lacking variety. Except for morning coffee and juice, Inclusive still means you'll pay extra for beer, wine, soda, even water! . . Swimming pool, Game Room and Gym close at 6pm??!! Who came up with that rule?!. . BTW small game room already with few options had non-working air hockey entire week even after complaining. There was nothing for my 11 year old to do. Lastly, the hotel lobby has a cute table with water glasses collecting dust all week and no jug of water anywhere in sight - oh yes forgot, I saw 2 unopened champagne? bottles chilling there on Friday morning, thinking "ok" but when I went down to dinner around 8:30, bottles were gone. . . Just all little things added up are annoying for a pricey hotel that can spruce the place up easily. Maybe it was fancy in another era. .

Review 12：Location is excellent if you have a car, with a nice beach and pool. Rooms were pretty clean and comfortable. A/C in the room a bonus when visiting in the summer. Evening entertainment was fair for adults, super for small children. . Staff were friendly and attended to any issue promptly. Free parking a plus.

Review 23：There was a rule that you couldn't reserve sun loungers by the pool with your towel but it wasn't enforced when asked, so sometimes difficult to get one by the pool if you didn't get there early enough. Also, another rule that men can't wear shorts to dinner in the evening which seemed to be enforced whenever the staff felt like it. My partner went in shorts all week and was then told no, to then see a man in shorts allowed entry only about 15 minutes later!

Review 24：Loved the views, the pools were great and always clean. The animation team were just brilliant, such a laugh! Room was clean, very good air con, food was also good - a wide selection.

Review 25：The idea that a hotel of this standing should charge €8 for 4 hours wi-fi is ludicrous in this day and age. The management is in other respects excellent but this pettiness cannot be cost effective! The most humble apartments in the same resort offer free wi-fi!

The rooms are comfortable and the extra for a sea view is well worth it. Buffet breakfast and dinner is of exceptional quality and choice for a hotel of this size.

The room was nice , just as we like, with verycomfortable beds. The beach and water are nice, but our kids didnt likeit much. Once you enter in the water everything is ok. Maybe this isthe reason why there are not many photos on the Booking.com of thebeach itself.

Review 89：Very friendly staff couldn't do enough for me, the breakfast hadhuge selection of food and the dinners are definitely worth the stayover there - amazing! If you happy to make your way to the water overfew stones the beach is very safe, clean and fantastic. Plenty of chairsto rent for few euros. Review 90：The room style was quite old, the cleaning service of the room wassometimes superficial, the suction of the bathroom didn't work. Thedrink at the restautant and at the lobby bar too are extremely expensive(3,60 € for a bottle of water, 10 € for a small bottle of wine of lowquality, 3,20 € for a tea !). General information for all guests likechange of breakfast or dinner times, or entertainment shows should beput on a visible information board at the reception (they have one). Theday before we left they took away the sunbeds from the beach without anynotice or explanation to the guests (we don't know if this was beacusethe hotel would close 2 weeks later). The hotel didn't accept therenegotiated rate agreed with booking.com.

Review 91：The location of the double rooms in front of the sea on the groundfloor is fantastic. The garden with olive trees is really nice andrelaxing and You can reach the beach directly from the room. The staffis really friendly, receptionists are all very professional andhelpful. The food was good although the variety was not so wide. Anywayit was nice for us to find some typical Greek food. The fact that Youcan also avail of the restaurant of the nearby Corfu Chandris hotel isa plus. The bus stop is just 20 meter far from the hotel and with €1,50 ticket You can easily reach Corfu town in 20 minutes. The carrents in front of the hotel are much cheaper than the one inside of thehotel and the official ones at the airport. There is a supermarket(Marcos) open till 10.00pm every day.

Review 92：Internet access costing €7 per 90 minutes seems greedy, they have a wasp problem at breakfast which they do not appear to be addressing (we abandoned breakfast on two occasions, saw many more in the same boat), and the entertainment in the evening was aimed at more at the over 60's (i.e. awful in my opinion) which in fairness did appear to be the main clientele. Still had a good time though:)

Review 95：The rooms are not large but modern as is the bathroom. There was enoughstorage space I.E. draws and wardrobes. The lower sea view floors opendirectly onto the lawn/beach with the sea being 20mts away, with afantastic veiw, the upper floors have a large balcony. With breakfastand dinner there is always a very large selection of good quality food.The grounds are lush and emaculate The staff are always very pleasentand helpful I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 30years and it keeps on getting better. I hope to revisit very soon.

Review 96：The room I receved was not the same room I have Booked on booking.com - there was the picture and was specified that the room is 35 mp and I get a small room. We had to pay extra the long chairs on the beach. The internet is 5 Euro for 90 min. and did't work properly.

Review 102：This is our second time here. Last year we were given a family room right in front of the pools. These rooms are extremely convenient if you have two small children like we do. This time, they gave us a double room with an extra bed right in front of the beach, which is also very convenient (the children are a little older now, 4 and 7, so it was perfect). I don't know if this is by chance, but I have a feeling that they consider the fact if you have small children, i.e., carry a lot of beach requisites. I recommend these two types of rooms if you have a chance to ask for them. Their terraces go into the nicely maintained lawns. Perfect! The staff at the front desk is extremely helpful with whatever you may need or ask. We also liked a lot Mrs. Despina (in charge of hotel entertainment) who is extremely helpful with ideas on what you can do and knowledgeable about the island, as well as Angela in the kids club. Keep up the good work and we will come again.

Review 109：Ridiculously expensive WiFi access charged per hour when most of the Hotels in Greece have it for free. You need to login - logout all the time. This means that if you are on a business trip or want to keep up with you business, this hotel is not for you. Also don't bother bringing your ipad, kindle, or your kids' internet enabled gadgets. Considering the price per day for the room I would expect better/cheaper or free internet access.
