Review 1：Wifi dropped out at times, but I think it's the area.

Review 2：I planned on staying 2 night, but stayed 5! Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms spacious, clean and stylish. Food at the restaurant was great, with a varied menu. The pool is Fantastic! I tried scuba diving here for the first time, and loved it! Would definitely recommend this resort and look forward to returning. Oh, and the rates are excellent!

Review 6：Had fantastic time. The accommodation very well presented. Staff very helpful and willing assist with any issue but language slight barrier at times. View incredible sea one side and volcano the other. The pool beautiful clear, hard time getting the kids out.

Review 7：The resort is not within walking distance to any local restaurants or cafes so you need to organise transfers to eat outside the resort.

Review 9：On payment I used 2 of my Australian credit debt cards. These both failed due to not being a sole credit card. Was unable to pay via computer bank transfer as Bali does not use a BSB number. However the staff were fantastic about this and seeing I had tried every avenue allowed me to sort payment once home in Australia through bank. So only dislike was the payment method not allowing my cards which I have not had issues anywhere else.

Review 10：I completed my dive course here. If your not diving there is nothing else here for you to do in the close area (walking), so could be boring for non divers.

Review 11：• Breakfast was very poor • For the money we have spent we could have get a much better room and service in other hotels in Bali • The foreign manager does not speak Indonesian • They tried to give us the wrong rooms with lower grade • The Swedish manager was very arrogant, disrespectful and unprofessional. She even accused us to call her staffs stupid in front of other guests – very unacceptable and inappropriate. Discussing about the rooms, she only said sometimes we can not get the rooms that we have booked. No apologies, not trying to find a solution, not trying to calm down the situation, even making it worse. • Conclusion: the day would have been wonderful if we got the rooms we booked at the beginning. However, our vacation day in Tulamben was totally spoiled due to the discussion with the front-office Indonesian ladies, and especially with the manager. We could not really enjoy our time there. It was the first and last time we booked rooms there.

Review 13：No beach is available as is advertised on the hotel description. You can't swim in that beach at all. It's good for diving, but no sand to lie down and sunbathe, only rocks. No WiFi in the room, only in common areas. Cable is terrible.

Review 14：Nice and cozy bungalow. Quiet and private. Great breakfasts. Beautiful sunrise. You can hear the ocean from the room. Nice pool.

Review 15：Personnel and diving guides are very helpful and friendly. The resort is very well maintained. The ratio quality/price is excellent. Probably one of the best in the Tulamben/amed area !

Review 16：The hotel management could take a little bit more leadership. The restaurant staff (a woman) have not been very service oriented. The hotel manager should not take one of the best table for the breakfast, living the other the the guests. These are just minor points but I hope they give the management some advice.

Review 17：Hotel Very nice room with a lot of space. We did have to leave two nights earlier and we did the get a payback for this two nights. Diving center A very good diving center in the hotel with very flexible and helpful staff.

Review 19：The staff was so helpful and nice I would definitely come back to this resort and recommend it for divers and anybody who would like to try scuba diving. Even if scuba diving isn't for you the spa is incredible as well.

Review 25：This is an all-inclusive resort with no options to leave the hotel, no restaurants or other activities are easily accessible from the hotel so you are tied to the hotel for all meals; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food is ok, but after a week of eating there we were ready to move on.

Review 29：Cleanliness and comfort of the facility, unlike the other dive resort at Tulamben except the two or three upscale resort. Excellent dive center, Karen, the manager put safety above everything else, when she found that I left my log at previous resort she call them to ensure that I am a qualified divers. Dive center also has brand new and well maintened equipment.

Review 30：Excellent new resort and spa. Set in a quiet location the service was exceptional. We also really enjoyed our diving experience with our dive master Karen. Who showed us around all the different dive sites and went out of his way to work in with our plans.

Review 33：We were a bit outside of the town and could not walk to shops or restaurants. Getting exercise other than swimming (the pool is large enough to swim laps!!) is difficult because walking/running in the street is dangerous. We wished they had a small gym, as larger hotels do.

Review 34：I loved the view of the pool (it is big enough to swim laps!!) and beach from our doorstep. Lovely, very well-maintained grounds. Food is excellent and very reasonable. We loved being able to snorkel on the beach right there! Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We had a great massage right there, for very reasonable price.

Review 35：It's a new property , so everything about it is clean, fresh and new. The rooms are spacious , the lawn and the pool are fancy and the sound of the sea just makes the whole experience surreal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We got a massage and that was great too. Highly recommended !!!

Review 36：Quiet, right on the beach. A beautiful resort, very friendly staff! I happened to be the only guest! So the service was excellent. Choose a sea-view cottage, wonderful! Overlooks the garden, pool and the fishing boats on the beach. Get up for sunrise!

Review 37：Beach is swimmable but spot for snorkeling and especially diving is a bit far. Breakfast was very average. Rooms on the 2nd floor were rather difficult to access for elderly people.

Embrace yourselve with some patience if you are going to the restaurant, one main course dinner plus dessert took more than 3 hours in total while waiting to be served...Also to mention that I´ve found more friendly dive instructors all around Bali
