Review 1：There were alot of people partying from 2300 until 0400 in the l grounds outside of my balcony. Security guards with cameras etc did nothing. Not much sleep

Review 2：One front desk person at this otherwise wonderful hotel refuses to allow guests to stay even an hour past the 1000 check-out time - even though we have stayed at this hotel many times, mostly in the off-season, and despite the fact that there were a total of less than 10 guests in the entire hotel.

Review 4：Staff very accommodating, were upgraded to a suite as there were only twin rooms available although a queen size bed was requested. The location and wellness facilities at the hotel were good.

Review 5：Menu for lunch and dinner was the same so very limited. Food was tasty but more suitable for snacking and light meals than an evening meal. An opportunity lost as restaurants in Balatonfured weren't of a great standard we thought,

Review 6：Comfort and general ambience of hotel was excellent. Breakfast had wide range of choices and food was extremely good.

Review 7：Not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We did ask but were told no so we went to Tesco (over the road) and bought a kettle. Wifi reception was very poor in the suite but good elsewhere. Hotel is quite a way out of town and walk into town was along a road and we had assumed it would be along the lakeside.

Review 8：Suite was very spacious and comfortable. Pool area was lovely and kept very clean. Huge balcony overlooking the lake. As the weather was poor on two days, the suite provided a great place to relax and the balcony was covered so we could still sit outside. Breakfast was very good - a good selection of cold foods with a hot option each day and was served between 7 and 10 so we didn't have to get up too early!

Review 10：We stayed in Club Hotel Fured for five nights at the end of August and we really enjoyed our holidays. There weren't many people at the end of the season so it was calm and quiet around. We had Superior Double Room with Terrace. The room was very spacious, on the ground floor so we could walk out straight to the garden. Bathroom was very clean. I think the room was brilliant. We had half board. Breakfast bufet was good. Many kinds of bread, meats, cheeses and teas. We were stuffing ourselves full. Dinners were served to the table but the portions were enormous. Three courses: soup, main (with different kinds of meat) and a dessert. It was impossible to be hungry after that. Hotel grounds are quiet big and it includes private "beach" - not sandy, it's just a garden with access to the water but it was lovely anyway. We didn't swim as we have encountered a water snake our first night! But there was a swimming pool which was lovely. Under the swimming pool you can find three different kind of saunas, which looked like they've been built recently. Hotel has it's own tennis courts, bowling alley, a mini golf and you can cheaply rent a bike so there is plenty to do, even on rainy days. There is a bike road around lake Balaton so you can quickly get to nearby towns. We went to see Tihany and it was a great day. Staff is very friendly and speaks english. I would really recomend this hotel.

Review 11：No lift in Building B up to a suite and flights of stairs. Menu very limited, food and restaurant facilities very basic and lacked imagination. Overall was disappointed and not the 5* portrayed.

Review 12：Staff generally helpful. Hotel in beautiful lakeside setting. Suite clean and equipped to a high standard.

Review 13：sauna, hamam and infrared sauna were turned off and cool at working hours and we had to ask to turn it on and wait.

Review 15：Breakfast was too plain. Hotel is a bit expensive for what you get. Room furniture is equivalent to a 2 star hotel. WiFi did not reach the room.

Review 16：The hotel and grounds are nice. It is on the water but there is no real beach. Room is large and has nice balcony. Toilette is a separate room.

Review 17：I booked my room in April and advised I used the internet a lot and needed good Wi-Fi, the WI-Fi was terrible. To their credit the hotel did lend me one of their lap tops to use that was better, but of course everything was in Hungarian and as I was doing business I needed mine. Beware the restaurant closes at 9.00 pm. There was nothing in the room advising of what number to call to get the reception, or giving general information about the hotel. I found the layout of the resort a bit odd, the restaurant was on the front over looking the car park, it would have been better on the water front, as would the bar which was much nearer the water, but not over looking it. This is not a complaint, more of an observation, but the hotel did not live up to my expectations. There is nothing that can't be easily fixed and I trust they will.

Review 18：I was in block B, room 9, it is almost new with a lovely quality bathroom and large flat TV in the bedroom. All the staff were really nice, helpful and friendly and I do mean all. There was more than enough safe parking and there was a guarded gate.

Review 19：They have only 2 rooms with real lake view and balcony in the B building, ours was on the ground floor with a view over the bushes and no privancy on the terrace although we booked it as a "Suite with lake view".

Review 23：The food situation was quite relaxed so be prepared to be flexible if you choose half board. There wasn't much choice and when something ran out, it wasn't always replenished. A couple of nights we missed the soup, despite arriving in the dining hall at 7pm - dinner finished at 9pm. The food was quite good food though. Personally, I would have liked a Jacuzzi in the wellness centre, but that is a personal preference and not a fault of the hotel.

Review 24：The location away from the main tourist centre was nice in peak tourist season. It's a good 20 minute walk to the centre of Balatonfured from the hotel. There's a private beach which is quiet and relaxing, in stark contrast to the neighbouring beaches overrun with shrieking children. The rooms are large and comfortable. We were in a brand new block (Block B) so the air conditioning was silent and efficient, the furnishings new and comfortable. It was also nice to have 'holiday activities' on site like bowling, pool and mini golf. Some are charged for.

Review 27：The odor of spraying for mosquito was very fowl during the early morning hours. The air conditioning did not work the first day, so I had the window open. About four am, the smell of mosquito repellent was very bad. The second day, with the window closed, not as bad, but still could smell it about four am.

Review 30：The suite, b21, is absolutely fabulous. Everything in it seems brand newand very high quality, including the bathroom.The view from the balcony is stunning. The indoor pool is excellent, the breakfast was good (typical European) scrambled eggs, cheese and suspicious looking sausages. Lol. O - and the snakes in and around the lake were - interesting. Would love to stay again.

Review 31：There was no lift in building B, so we had to carry heavy luggage upstairs. There was also no air conditioning in the hallways outside the rooms, so it was stuffy and hot until the room cooled down.

Review 32：This was a really nice quiet location directly on the lake and away from the tourist area and its loud noise and music. The room was very clean and the little balcony was quite useful for computer work. Breakfast was also very good!
