Review 1：We book the breakfast and pay for it but homeowner didn't prepare for it and rejected to return the money. The air conditioner didn't work in the last night and we spent a terrible night.

Review 3：Warm shower was not available in the evening and morning, so we took the shower until 7pm. Maybe because of the limitation of amount of warm water tank.

Review 4：An owner was very kund and he helps us a lot. Also, wonderful view from a room. Tour desk and restaurant are walking distance, just 10 minutes.

Review 5：Access to the sea was a little difficult, no sand/ beach just a small metal little bridge.

Review 6：Great room and amazing terrace overlooking the sea. Room was cleaned every day. Great location, a few minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants but still very calm. Amazing breakfast (more like a 3 course meal!).

Review 7：There were too many mosquitoes, I know that you might argue that it is common. However, despite minimising the attempts to open the windows/doors, we still got bitten during the whole stay.

Review 10：Hotel Alas is an amazing gem on the beautiful island of Zakynthos. The location is excellent as a couple of steps take you from the terrace to the warm Mediterranean waters. The amenities are brand new and you could tell that a lot of effort and care has been put into each detail. The best thing however was the hospitality - the host was so attentive, he really wanted my friends and I to feel like home. We will be back! (Oh, and don't forget to order the breakfast!)

Review 11：The hotel is beautifully designed, and in a great location - right on the sea! There are steps from the hotel balcony, which has nice and comfortable sun beds, straight into the water. There is also sea view from the room's window and balcony. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday, spending our time bathing in the sea, or relaxing and viewing the beautiful Zakynthos bay.

Review 14：It is really a fantastic place to stay! The hotel is based in a very calm area, however there are several restaurants, bars, supermarkets and tour operators just minutes walking from the hotel. The manager/owner is a very friendly guy that helped us every time we needed! Thank you!! The hotel has its private beach just in front of it and we really loved it!! We will be back soon!!

Review 15：Not very easy to find. The Alas sign should be easier to see, need an extra sign on the entrance (very homey, could mistake for a private property) and need to add arrows.

Review 18：Very personal service and Nikos shares his profound knowledge of the island. Amazing breakfast, freshly prepared. Great location just next to the see, balcony overlooking the sea.

We were on our honeymoon, so it would have been nice to have something special in our room when we arrived, but it was really early anyway, we were grateful to be able to check in. We also received a farewell gift on our last night, so we did get an extra special something at the end. :)

Review 20：Great location, close to the Airport, right on the coast. Brilliant terrace upstairs. Clean, new. The owners Nico and Lianka are very friendly and helpful. After booking, we received an email asking if we have any special requests regarding diet or if we need help arranging a scooter or a car to rent, or if we need anything else before arrival. We arrived early morning, and could check in right away. We had breakfast, which is made of all sorts of fresh, home-made goodies, always delicious. Nico gave us a guidebook, that he wrote, and recommended some places to visit and routes to take. He also arranged us a scooter and a kayak-tour. They are lovely hosts, very laid back and social, always up for a laugh. Absolutely recommended!

Review 21：The apartment is located in a good area. It’s not far from the airport and Zakynthos town. The apartment service is good enough. The owner is very kind and hospitable. Our room had an amazing and romantic seaview. There is a private beach, so no one disturbs you. Alas is wonderful, quiet and perfect place to stay!

Review 25：this was a new establishment so as you can expect everything is new. location is top, as it's close to all the good beaches/destinations ! close to airport too, ample parking . Hotel manager has very Very good local knowledge . He's written a guide for the island which is excellent. We followed the routes described on there and were not disappointed. If you need tips for secluded beaches,so to avoid tourists ask him. same goes for quality greek Food. Outstanding stay. Would recommend to anyone. Beach is right on your doorstep. Nice sunset. Zante is a quality island with a LOT of history. Never mind Laganas and similar places, go and explore the beauty of it!
