Review 1：Definitely, this is the trashiest guesthouse I have ever seen! First of all, it is situated over a cowhouse and smells respectively, the dunghill is just in front of the sign. As another consequence, there are lots of flies which make it impossible to open the windows. So, the apartment is extremely stuffy. Mosquito screens would solve this problem but they are not there! The staff is never there neither, we had to phone them twice, both to take the key and to return it (no keybox, no instructions). And at last but not least, a tiny font remark in the reservation added about 40 euros to the price! I do not more believe to booking.com if it allows frauds like this.

Review 3：The place was spacious, but felt homey. The 7 of us had more than enough space and even had a great living room! The balcony was also an added plus for us and we woke up early to watch the sunrise from the comforts of this lovely apartment!
Review 4：Very irritated that we were charged an extra 66 Euros to check-in 3 hours early. This was not explained to us at the time. Be warned if you want to go skiing on the day of arrival then be prepared to get changed from your hire car and leave possessions in the car. No internet in the apartment even though this facility was advertised.
Review 5：Great sized apartment for up to 6 people and plenty of space for children to play. Fantastic selection of cooking utensils. Very comfortable beds. Great location for families, no rowdy people, supermarket in the centre of Oberperfus stocks everything you will need, the nearby slopes are perfect for beginners and children with very friendly staff. A hire car will be needed to get to the slopes if you are travelling with younger children and also gives the option of the many slopes in the region.
Review 6：We were very surprised to hear about hidden costs of the room we had booked earlier on the booking.com. As we arrived we had to pay over 30euro for "cleaning of the room". be aware of the small print costs.
