Review 1：Firstly my booking didn't exist with the hotel the reception staff managed to recreate my booking and attach it to my booking.com reference so I don't get charged twice. The vallet parking staff while reversing my car scratched at the rear and broke the rear mud guard.

Review 2：It was a nice deal from booking.com. can't expect more. food , staff and cleanliness was really good..Thanks booking.com for making my stay memorable.

Review 3：I had made the booking with impression that it was double room. The booking.com website also didn't mention it was a room with single occupancy. later the hotel charged extra for the bed for two night for two rooms. it was such an inconvenience to my guests. Booking.com is at fault equally as it didn't mention single occupancy clearly.

Review 4：Staff behavior was excellent when I reached they informed me that due unforseen reasons the property was fully booked.but they where helpful enough to upgrade my stay in an adjacent 5 star hotel without any extra charges.

Review 12：The airport transfer was not there waiting for us when we arrived. Only after numerous calls and nearly 2 hours after we landed that the vechicle arrived. Our plane landed at 11.10 pm and we reached the hotel at 2.30am.eventhough there was no charges for the transfer and the call charges that we have to incur are more than transport charges. the hotel did not even arrange for our transport as confirmed, we have make our own arrangements.

Review 15：The location is perfect; close to the medical center of the city. Taxies and miniautoes going everywhere in the city are available from early morning to late night. The breakfast is fruitful and variable and so is the dinner. The staff is very much cooperative and helpful.

Review 16：Actually at the time of booking I have especially mentioned that I want non smoking room with one double bed but they just don't care about that so I felt little upset. The room they gave was smoking room and it was little smelly .( This smoking smell comes when I got out of the elevator itself) Except this eveything was good.

Review 17：One thing I like the most was the breakfast buffet but dinner was so so. Room was clean and staffs are friendly. Overall it was nice to stay.(I think its good if you go for the weekend offer because you will feel value for money)

Review 18：The service of the front desk staff was very poor.They did not handle my phone calls from my room in a polite way and did not communicate well. They really need some extra training. The combination of outside parties at the compoud of the hotel is a very bad choice. They make a lot of noise and are terribly disturbing when you want to rest.

Review 19：The staff of the restaurant (both for the morning buffet as well as the dinner buffet) was very polite and friendly. Housekkeeping did also a very good job.

Review 20：First day itself we had a bad experience where a staff member said they would give us happy hour benefit though we were 5-10 mins late. Which was later denied. There was some.work.going on in one room till after midnight.AC was not upto the mark.

Review 22：You get free wifi, but it's a nightmare to get it started, and once it starts "working" it's slow, and you only get internet access for one device per room (no matter how many guests are in the room). We had a full day with no internet service, they just said the system was "down". After ongoing whining and complains from our side someone in the reception was kind enough to provide us with an extra wifi code (from another room, the guests there were not using wifi) and we could finally use wifi in two devices. However, the internet connection is erratic, it is linked to Tata's rather inefficient public network (like the one in airports, etc). Hyderabad is called "Cyberabad" for its ICT industry development, it is paradoxical that you get such bad internet connection. The rooms are smallish and the deco is not top-end, but acceptable.

Review 23：Located in Banjara Hills (nice district, upper middle class, lots of shopping malls, close to the business sector, but far away from downtown and most sights, traffic jams in Hyderabad are severe, so take this into account to start your journey or before heading to the airport, etc). Most of the guests are Indians, which has some advantages, for instance, the high food standards. Dosas and Southern Indian dishes are outstanding in both restaurants. We have traveled to India in several occasions, and the food here is one of the best and most authentic we have had in a touristic facility. Their food really lives up to the tradition of fine dining in Hyderabad. You need to stay there for a month to try the endless variety of dosas and sublime dishes. The travel desk is very convenient, we hired a taxi for 8 hours each day, the drivers spoke good English, were patient and even knew something about the sights.

Review 24：The rooms stink.. The whole place needs a renovation.. change in carpets and needs a change in the washroom sink , bowls and other taps and fittings. . The whole place stinks..rooms smell of cigarettes. . Gosh..I would never stay in this hotel.. For the price they charge am sure there are better places in hyderabad

Review 28：Squeaking flooring. The floor panels were not properly affixed to the hard floor. Delay in housekeeping requests. Basic facilities were provided in the bathroom at first. Upon request however the housekeeping staff provided the other utilities.

Secondly,I would not rate this under not like category but a small suggestion if u can put up a small saloon or have some tie ups with saloons .As green park is occupied with a lot of functions happening ,all people would prefer a saloon withinh the hotel which is common everywhere .

Review 34：Check-in & Check-out facilities are not flexible... Employees there are purely business oriented. Long waiting for Early check-in even though you have asked for it well in advance. Check-out is mandatory by 2PM-3PM else they will charge you for one more day. Biriyani taste in Dinner was not as expected. they were quite normal biriyani what you can get in any other restaurant; not distinct. Location is in Ameerpet though while looking at the address you will fell like it's in Begumpet. It's little confusing if you are going there for first time. if you want some food in midnight; may be specially with the drinks.. the options are hopelessly limited ...

Review 35：Hotel is a nice place to stay. I had the package of complementary Breakfast & Dinner. It's worth taking the package. The reception lobby is nice. the hotel is themed on Lord Buddha & greeneries. Rooms are well spacious and have all the minimum requirements. you have to opt for the locker if you want. Most of the complementary things are not given unless you ask/demand for it. The complimentary breakfast @ "Once Upon a Time" is a eye catching attraction ... They really have all the option you can think of a breakfast. I think the 60% of the total stay would be because of the breakfast .. Dinner @ "Tulips" was okay .... Paratha varieties are world class starting from veg to non-veg keema parathas ... Midnight Briyani & Paratha fest @ "Tulips" ... was rarely seem in this category of Hotels.. Incredible. Bar @ "Mustang" is opened till 12:30 and it's 24hr service if you stay in hotel... Travel facility is nice though they charge little high compared to Hyderabad City. But as far as security & safety is concerned, it's worth opting for. Nicely located with Hyderabad central 1km , various bank ATMs are adjucent and in walkable ditsnce. medicine stores ... easily you can avail Autos since it's in a main road. My rating will be 8.5/10 . Worth a stay in Green Park, Hyderabad :) Enjoy ...

Review 36：This used to be my favorite and regular hotel on visits to Hyderabad. Used love the overall ambiance, service and the rooms. Was shocked to find that this class property has gone downhill so steeply!! The room was smelly, the service and the food at both the outlets was pretty awful! The staff at the reception were clearly ill trained and could only fumble and mumble!! Very very disappointed!
