Review 1：Thw spa didnt work on the room..And there wasnt any information on the area restaurants etc.

Review 13：We booked a family room on Booking.com for a one night stay on a road trip. We wished we could have stayed longer. Armidale has a lot to offer as does this motel - there has been a change of ownership and the new owners would be amongst the nicest we have encountered. The hotel itself looks like a resort, the room was comfortable (totally what you would expect for 3 and a half stars and the best thing was we had a great sleep - black out curtains, quiet and comfortable beds. This was a vast improvement on many we stayed in where you could hear your neighbours speaking! Well done new owners - good luck.

Review 14：Very helpful and pleasant staff. As it was cold and wet we decided to order dinner from the room service menu. The homemade beef casserole with mash and fresh steamed vegetables was excellent and great value for money. Our breakfast of Eggs Benedict was lovely. Very comfortable beds.
