Review 1：Absolutely nothing, everything was excellent.
Review 2：What a lovely hotel - I simply wished we had more time to stay here and explore the surrounding area. It's conveniently located close to Gatwick North Terminal as well as to Horley train station. Unfortunately we only stayed for a single night to stopover after flying into Gatwick, but the place itself deserves a longer stay.
Review 3：Shower a little on the small side. Although the bathroom is private and adjacent to the room, it has to be accessed via the landing.
Review 4：Modern, comfortable room. Excellent continental buffet breakfast. Prompt lift to airport included.
Review 5：I had a small single room without any hanging facilities (shirts, trousers) and a wash hand basin where I couldn't brush my teeth over due to the cabinet protruding above it.

Review 11：Sue greeted me at the door. She was so friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable. She even offered to drive me to the airport. Very nice gesture. The staff during the breakfast was very polite and had good customer service. She was very attentive.
Review 12：What a beautiful house. The owners' love of the Art Deco period is reflected everywhere in the property, and they have included interesting information on many of the design classics. A nice touch was making breakfast available for those with an early flight. Highly recommended.

She also came back to deliver an important bag we forgot in the car while we were hurrying to catch our plane!!! She also had excellent recommendations of places to eat and clear directions, typed out to give us.

Review 19：Loverly little place in horley nr gatwick,stayed here the night before catching a flight,and the owner provided us with free transport to the airport,which was great.rooms were very clean.had to miss out on full breakfast as early start but the continental was very good.
Review 20：I booked this room at the last minute for one of my workers who needed to be near to the Airport in the morning. He text me to say that he had a wonderful stay. It was so comfortable, he struggled to get up and out. He was made to feel very welcome and really didn't want to leave. My guys don't normally bother to tell me about their accommodation, so for him to send a message, especially to let me know how nice it was, it must have been good. It was close to his location for work and he enjoyed his breakfast. We often struggle to park our vans so I paid £10 to park nearby.
Review 21：The Springwood has got it all great B & B with Art Deco. A first class establishment, great facilities, very clean and great staff. Your greeted with a lovely pot of tea and homemade cake on arrival. The rooms are superb, a must stay if your flying from Gatwick . Shuttle service to Airport and car parking for the duration of your stay. Well done Springwood we will choose you when we have early or late flights from Gatwick.
Review 22：Great location - close to gatwick airport. Breakfast choice was good and my room was clean and bed was comfortable. I used the free shuttle service to get to gatwick airport which saved me getting a taxi. Friendly staff and very accommodating.

Review 28：The location of the place is great:you could even walk to Gatwick airport,or take a taxi.I arrived late but there were very clear instructions via email and once I got there how to get to my room and etc.The room was a good size with everything you need and the bathroom was spacious and extremely clean.My taxi was ordered for me fr the previous day so I didn't have to worry about anything all together:).
Review 29：Only negative point is that the wifi reach is not far enough for all the rooms; it can be easily fixed by installing a repeater in the hallway.
Review 30：The hospitality of the host! We were very warmly welcomed with tea and cake. The B&B is also recently completely renovated giving it a beautiful and luxury interior. The host is very proud of her rating and tries to give you the best experience and has a warm heart for the guests. I'm normally very critical at hotels , but If you choose for this B&B than you will not be disappointed.

Review 34：Shower and sink are very small. Ask for dimensions if you need or want a larger bathroom. No place to set suitcase except in closet.
Review 35：Great location in quiet suburb near Gatwick airport. Inn is easy walking distance to small town, train station, and beautiful, very old church with pub next door and foot path long the river. Innkeepers offer free pick-up and drop off for airport. Crisp linens and lovely Art Deco decor.

Review 52：Arrived at midnight - key and letter waiting for me. Crept up to my lovely room - and next morning was given a TOASTED BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE AND FRESH SALMON . ! ! Then a ride back to the airport-
Review 53：This hotel needs cleanly management. No dusting from top to bottom which causes allergies. Spider webs in light fixture and near window. Dead insects on floor. 'Private adjacent bathroom' had open access making it feel not private. It's just an open bathroom in the hallway of multiple rooms. The room and bathroom reek of cigarette smoke. Wall in the room near sink hadn't been cleaned of splattered stains. Toilet blatantly stained and covered in urine. That was the worst thing I saw. Something about the structure of the house allowed me to hear even a cough from the people roomed next to me. I heard cars, trains, I think planes too. I had been backpacking to multiple hotels and one hostel and my stay there was the most unbearable.

The house is beautifully decorated in Art Deco throughout very clean everywhere and the breakfast room is perfect with white linen tablecloths and fine bone china settings. The continental breakfast was just right and plenty to choose from. The staff were very helpful in every way to ensure you had a good experience. We had a lift to the station each morning which was wonderful. We would reccomend the guesthouse to anyone who likes to be spoilt.
