Review 12：They did not received the reservation from Booking.com. Lucky that theyhad still rooms available. Booking.com guaranteed a room with balconylooking to the promenade of the Balaton lake. In fact, it is a balconyfacing a very busy road.

Review 14：Staff could use some language training. English is not commonly spoken, German might help. But then, again, they were able to understand and accommodate us, so that's what matters.

Review 15：The hotel was absolutely perfect for the money we spent. We loved the location near the lake and the swimming pool with the spa. Breakfast and dinner were included, and the food was just fantastic. Would recommend Flamingo to anyone.
