Review 3：Having been at this hotel we booked parents in three days later for their anniversary. They loved it too however upon leaving the hotel they were not offered a small parting gift as we were which was a shame as it was a lovely touch! Also, despite being advertised the Greek and international music night at the bar was no where to be seen, which was a shame as we had enjoyed great entertainment a few nights previous.

Review 4：Lovely welcome upon arrival with champagne and friendly staff. We were escorted to our upgraded room with an amazing sea view. The private beach is beautiful and silent, so peaceful. The room was excellent with lovely features and nice comforts like the towel robe, slippers and mini bar. Very comfortable bed and the balcony was perfect, it was so spacious! Had a fantastic dinner in the buffet restaurant, unlimited choices and excellent staff. We loved this hotel and will definetly be going back.

Review 5：This is a first class hotel from first to last. The staff are fantastic and could not do enough to assist. The location and food are first rate and I would recommend the Blue Finn restaurant for sea food. Great location with stunning views.

Review 6：We have stayed in the Aquagrande on three separate occasions now, each time is better than the next. The surroundings are amazing, staff are very attentive without being intrusive. We tend to relax the minute we arrive. We both love to travel around to various Greek Islands, sometimes facilities are very rustic (which we also enjoy, it is all part of the experience), however the Aquagrande is the main luxury we afford ourself usually mid way through our Island hopping. Would highly recommend it. Huge thanks to the Aquagrande for our upgrade on this trip.

Review 7：A real lovely hotel in the most perfect location. Beautifully designed, very clean, super quiet and relaxing, and most welcoming. The staff are unbelievably kind and friendly.

Review 8：The check-in process was tiresome and laborious. Front desk staff were a little less friendly and less obliging than the rest of the team. The half-board check out allowance menu on the last day was a bit mean considering how much we had paid to that point.

Review 14：If I was being really picky, I thing they could provide your room FOC if you require it for an extra couple of hours if you have a late flight out. The cost is a little high, and as it one of the last things you purchase on your stay, it stays with you when you leave, but our 7 day stay was otherwise faultless

Review 15：This is our second visit and what surprises me more than anything is that every member of staff is ready to assist you, never have I seen or heard any staff complain or not be ready to assist. This hotel provides a retreat where you can relax for your full stay, its not for the sporty or the disco holiday makers.

Review 30：This is the best stay I have had in a Hotel. Lovely interior and exterior, made by the Family that owns the place. You can see the artistic and estetic in every corner. Lovely staff, professional and relaxed, a beautiful combination. The food was also excellent. And then the Beach. Beautiful location, quiet, relaxed - what a place to take your swim. I stayed there with my wife and daughter, and all of us went home full of gratitude for Aquagrand. A big thanks to all the people there. We will be back.

Review 33：We got upgraded to a room with a private pool for being on our honeymoon and were greeted with champagne and fruit. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is gorgeous with many areas to relax in, spotlessly clean and the beach location is amazing with a beautiful view.

Review 34：Paying 20€ deposit for pool towels, feels a bit odd given you are there in a 5 star place - we had our own! No turn down evening service, a little touch which we've experienced in most other 5 stars. Onsite shop a bit limited, although water not a crazy price as mentioned in other reviews. Breakfast ok - not quite the standard of other 5 stars (fresh orange juice on request only when ordering tea/ coffee, no option for cappuccino etc, no good quality ready-prepared fresh fruit i.e strawberries) Gym poorly maintained, dodgy treadmill which caught when you walked/ ran on it) and VERY small, but you dont go on holiday only to use the gym! Needs more staff, usually waited a good 5 mins when sat down in bars or restaurants to be served.

Review 40：What an amazing hotel. Beautiful setting and scenery but what really sets it apart is the service. Nothing is too much to ask and everything done with a smile. I twisted my ankle whilst on holiday here so they arranged crutches to be delivered from a local pharmacy , brought ice packs to my room and ferried me around in the golf buggy. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Review 96：- You can't get an iron and iron board, there isn't even an iron room like cheaper hotels. If you want to iron your shirt, you have to sent it to the laundry service for 8.5 euro!! In a luxury hotel that suppose to be one of the basic amenities.when sitting next to the pool, you may find yourself sitting all day next to the leftovers since they are not been cleaned.

Review 98：You have to take your breakfast before 10am which is relatively soon when you are on Holiday. Moreover, they have a stupid dress code there even for breakfast and the hotel is very big. However nice bar facilities and nice design.

Charging for use of gym is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.2)shower in room only had an overhead "waterfall" but no handheld devise, which I think is essential. 3)no handle on outside of balcony door and therefore difficult to open if completely closed. 4)staff could have been more friendly. Many seemed uninterested or not too happy. 5)breakfast selection was poor for a hotel that rates itself so high e.g. juices low grade. But, we discovered fresh orange juice was available if one knew this and asked waiter for it! Offering of fresh fruit very limited and not so good. No coffee pot left on table and generally difficult to get a waiter to serve coffee. 6)car park not sufficiently developed (mainly unmarked dirt) and with no sun shade for cars.

Review 102：I have to start by mentioning the extraordinary hospitality of all the personnel and the hotel owner Mary Kaburopulos. Qulity of food is great. Level of comfort is superb. We spend honeymoon there and 3'rd day of our stay was my birthday. In the morning there was a knock on the door. It was the bellboy Nikos from reception and he overhanded me a botlle of Uzo and another bottle of sweet likor and he congradulated my birthday saying that these were his presents for my birthday. An hour later there was another knock on the door, this time it was hotel's duty manager, Nikos (he is every where:-) and Mary the owner of the hotel. They all congradulated my birthday and gave me a very beautifull gift handcrafted by Mary herself. They suggested a romantic dinner in a gazebo at the beach that night. That was one of the best birthday dinner ever. Ambiance, food, vine and service was excellent. If you want a customized holiday instead of a industrialized holiday, go to AquaGrand
