Review 1：As we had a car, it was not a big problem, but we wanted to visit the Christmas markets in the city and the hotel is a good 8 or 9 km away. The area also seems semi industrial, but is actually good.

Review 6：We stayed one night before catching an early morning flight. Would have loved to have stayed longer to enjoy the spa that was included in the price. Delicious breakfast included, unable to try everything... there were so many choices. Comfortable bed.

Review 7：It's what you would expect from a hotel close to the airport. Clean. Efficient. Modern. Soulless. Boring. We chose it because we had a relatively early flight out the next day but in reality Zagreb Airport is not far from the centre so next time I would just stay in town.

Review 11：Stuff is awful! On reception stuff is very unfriendly and rude, no wish to communicate with them. In morning at 8 am a cleaning lady opened our room's door when we were sleeping and scared us a lot. She said that she didn't have info about us as guests! When we told about it on reception, a girl there said that it's their practice to check rooms in morning!!!

Review 12：Modern hotel with big, clean and quiet rooms, great breakfast, big underground parking. The location is outside the city and may be not suitable if traveling without a car.

Review 22：Proximity of the hotel to Zagreb Airport and on both sides of the road there're several fueling stations which provide convenience to travelers to fill up the cars before returning. The rooms are air-conditioned which is important especially during the afternoon when the sun was so hot. The front desk staff even allowed us to use their printer in the Business Centre to print boarding passes for our next flight which is very friendly & helpful.

Restaurant stayed open & cooked fresh for us - we were even given a complimentary starter. Our waiter was exceptional at his job but his colleague probably had a long day & was slightly offhand & dismissive when my partner stated he was vegetarian so wouldn't require the nice Parma ham & cream cheese starter...saying there was enough cheese there ok - not really getting the point, it was a little embarrassing. Breakfast buffet was a treat, very extensive & fresh with home made items of bakery & lots choices for every morning tastes!

Review 54：Location did mean that we had to drive to get anywhere as we were told we'd be waiting awhile if we used public transport. This was fine, but I want to mention it since someone without a vehicle would need to know. As well, our room was non-smoking but as non-smokers we could smell the definitive odor of cigarettes the whole time and we woke up stuffy from the smoke smell. I did mention it to staff, but I was surprised that a non-smoking room would continue to smell even after we'd aired it out and everything. I wonder if the room was perhaps a smoking room in the past? That smell persists no matter what.

Review 61：We were travelling to Split from Ukraine and stayed here overnight. Everything was perfect. Clean modern hotel with good restaurant, free garage parking and high-speed wifi. SPA was perfect after a long drive.

Review 62：They charged extra for our 4-year old son who slept in our bed and required zero additional resource to accomodate. The receptionists and managers were fixated on "the letter of the law" (their rules indeed state that children up to 3yo stay for free) and made the whole situation rather Kafkian. We have stayed in many other hotels (including some in other parts of former Austria-Hungary) and never experienced such strict adherence to unfair rules in the name of extracting some more money from the tired traveller. Would have never stayed in this hotel if we realized that our child would be charged as an extra person.

Review 69：I had a very large and comfortable room. Internet was good and the breakfast was very nice with brilliant variety. The SPA is a must - I had one of the best massages ever in the SPA. I did not have a chance to go to the restaurant apart from breakfast. However, there is a brilliant restaurant with an outside terrace just behind the Aristos - highly recommended.
